Sunday funday. Didn't go exactly as planned, but was still a good, productive day nonetheless. I had visions of 770 tonight, but my last prep set was too slow to justify the attempt. So instead I dropped it a bit and hit a solid triple. Followed that with some stiff leg sumo pulls, to work on my pull off the floor. They're getting good for only having done them twice. The key, of course, is checking in a couple weeks to see if they've actually helped. Ended with decent bench with @worldchamp198. Didn't hit everything I had planned, but I'm not going to bitch about 20lbs here and there.

Step 1 - Face the Recoil and hold the handles. Lean backwards until your arms are straight out in front of you and your body angle is around 45 degrees. Keep your body straight, chest out and head up. This is the start position.
Step 2 - Using your arms and back, pull yourself towards the recoil in a rowing motion, elbows facing down, until your hands reach your body. Then extend the arms until straight, lowering your body under control back to the start position.
