I could write something Inspirational about this mornings ride...but really this was my half way pee stop 🚽
132.7km with a nice headwind all the way home and a rubbing back brake 🤦🏽♀️(and no I didn’t realise till I got home ). But getting those solid kms in and week 1 is going well 👊🏼

Made it out for a 3.5 mile run today because I actually got nervous that When it came to my race on Sunday... I wouldn’t remember how to run?? 🤦🏻♀️rational?... no 😆 but I checked it out and I’m still good to go 😂 .
🤓dang...tapering off running and other exercises is hard for me- I love working out so much but I know how important it is to take it easy before a race weekend! Tomorrow is my last day off before the race! Might try and get 2-3 miles in but we will see where the day takes us! 🤗🤗
