Consider: your adductors are holding you back from accessing your end range flexion, extension and rotation.
Consider futher: this will have mobility implications up and down the chain.

Before joining JP ATHLETIC I believed I was in good physical condition. I missed games here and there due to injury however, I didn’t think much of it.
One year later since Jordan took me under his wing my muscular strength and endurance has improved significantly whilst also seeing great improvements in my jumping and landing ability (of which I struggled with previously).
I missed zero games last year which was a first for myself and JP ATHLETIC had me performing at a high level week in week out for both Auckland Grammar and Auckland City.
Any athlete looking to maximise their athletic development, prevent injuries or rehabilitate their injuries should definitely look into joining the team at JP ATHLETIC. There a small business in the private sector however, their intentions and service are orientated completely around your goals and needs as an individual.

Good luck to the Strongest 16 Year Old in Bordon at the British Bench Press Championships today!

My business name is Performance Functional Training (hence the _pft) My style is in the name. Performance is always the main goal. Functional movements are used to achieve that.
This last week of my training has been in an air conditioned, conventional style gym with cables and machines. Two of the coaches I've worked with over the last 18 months or so looked at me strange when they saw me in the gym.
One saying, "I've never seen you in here before." The other saying, "Are you lost?" Then, "It's weird seeing you in here!" The funny thing is, like most dudes around my age, a lot of our information came from bodybuilding and fitness magazines, so from 15 years old, I was hitting bro splits.
It wasn't until I was in Afghanistan in 2011 where I slowly started making the transition to lifting heavier, using full body workouts to prepare me better for the conditions. It wasn't uncommon to be carrying 3/4 of my bodyweight for extended periods on multi day tasks.
Once I returned from that deployment, I was fortunate enough to play for the Australian Services rugby team in a Defence Force World Cup. Here, I met Ricky Dumigan, who was our S & C Coach and also a player. After following his training program, I had a stellar rugby season in 2012, winning Best and Fairest, Highest Try Scorer, and Highest Point Scorer...not only for my club, but for the entire NTRU competition.
At the same time I was transitioning from the Army to civvy street, and completing my Personal Training Course in the process. Then I travelled around the world for 6 months in 2013, carrying around a set of gymnastics rings, a band, and a skipping rope. I taught myself calisthenics and gymnastics movements. I had to be creative and imaginative with what I was doing, and how I could achieve that. Then I returned to Australia and completed my S & C course. Training rugby teams followed, as well as individual athletes in a multitude of sports. Then I ended up training pro fighters at Tiger Muay Thai.
Where am I going with this?
The answer is in the comments!
#2 Physical Fitness Component
Definition: The ability of body systems to process, deliver, store, and utilise energy.
Ever been half way through a Hero WOD and considered it a real possibility that you needed a nap? Because bro...you wouldn’t be the only one.
How do you train Stamina?
To build this physical component, make sure you include bouts of high-rep gymnastics or body weight movements. 50-100+ reps of a movement will definitely help build your stamina over time 👊
“Whatever happens to us in each moment will arise some sort of reaction within us, and whatever that reaction may be, it can teach us about ourselves. If there is someone who irritates us, this person is triggering something within us to be irritated—they are bringing something within us to the surface that we can reflect on and learn from.
These habitual reactions are often called “triggers” and the best way to become aware of our conditioning is by realizing what our triggers are. If someone angers us, it is because we already have anger within us, and that person is only triggering this anger, and causing it to rise to the surface. If someone annoys us, it is often because we are seeing something in them that reminds us of something we do not like in ourselves. If someone makes us feel sad or inadequate, it is because we already carry these feelings within us, and they merely did something to cause these feelings to come to the surface.” #Psychology#Conditioning#Mind#Mindfulness#Awareness#psychologystudent#buddhism#hinduism#christianity#judaism#islam#innerpeace
Nate Diaz just posted some footage from the Dustin Poirier fight camp on his Instagram. Man, was he in phenomenal condition. Hope we see him back in the Octagon sooner rather than later. He's one of the real ones in the game. 💯
