Chest n shoulder 1 hour workout, it’s good to have a short n sweet workout because you can recover quickly for your next day of training especially if you train heavy.
Flat bench press: 6-8 sets 3-8 reps
Incline bench: 6-8 sets 3-8 reps
Machine lateral raises: 5 sets 10-20 reps
Dumbbell lateral raises: 3-5 sets 10 reps
