Looking back at 2018
It’s only been 9 months since leaving the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps as an instructor and becoming a full time S&C coach in the gym I’ve had for 7 years. In this short period I have stepped up my dedication and commitment to the gym. Everyone I have coached in our small group training and PT sessions knows our manifesto:
At Breda Strength & Conditioning we make people physically and mentally stronger. Our training is simple, but not easy. With minimal tools we yield maximal results. We value quality, technique, hard work and supporting each other. We want to give our members the best training we can, every time they are in gym. We don’t care what your 100% effort is. But give us your 100%
A special shout out to my dedicated personal training clients. Who have been amazing the last year. To name a few of their fantastic results: Recovered from a hip injury after almost 19 years of being in pain, daily. Losing 13kg. (Others lost 10kg and 6kg). Gaining 10kg of muscle and weight. Becoming better in their sports and winning gold in their categories (BJJ) and finishing strong in a 15+ hour triathlon. Successfully starting their military career in the Marine Corps as an officer. And helping my mom remain independent and injury free at the age of (almost) 70 years old, to name but a few things
I couldn’t have done all this without my amazing wife @sanne.bominaar. I love you very much. I’ve said this many times. I mean it to this day. I wouldn’t want to do anything else. If I would win the lottery, I’d still be coaching S&C. Helping others realize their full potential. Thank you for 2018. Onward!
