I know I sound very domesticated, but I’m fairly crap at baking anything that isn’t very simple (fortunately I have a boyfriend who eats everything with a smile and goes back for seconds 🤣🤣), so these two books are brilliant for me. The Joy Of Vegan Baking by Colleen Patrick Goudreau and Making Bread Together by Emmanuel Hadjiandreou (which isn’t vegan but is straightforward and easily adaptable using advice for replacements from TJOVB).
