The final 💪🏼 I’ve never hated a machine more ... except maybe the assault bike 🤢🔫 but back gains on the plus side 💁🏻♀️
Mikkos triangle 🔺
3:rd week I do it, adding 1 calorie/week. Was aiming to keep 15 cal tonight but resisted only 6rounds. Kept 14 cal remaining 4 rounds....
My goal is 16 cal 💭 Tough for a short leg girl like me? 🤭
Would be interesting to hear what you guys are able to keep?
This is the workout:
EMOM 40min (10 rounds)

Athletes and coaches, I mentioned the concept of the board drawn here in my class this week and I’m interested to hear your opinion.
By no means am I saying that either of these are better or worse. Each are phenomenal tools for developing aerobic capacity.
In my personal experience as an athlete and a coach, I’ve ranked these in this order relative to the amount of technique needed for maximum power output. Again, this is entirely my opinion, open for discussion.
@concept2inc Rower - High level of coordination needed (legs, back, arms, arms, back, legs), sit tall, catch, recovery, arms away, etc.
@concept2inc Skier - Once we’ve learned to “move around the machine” as Jane Erbacher @jane.erbacher states, it’s much easier to tick over the cals.
@assaultairbike - Handles and pedals are in a fixed path. Adjust the seat to proper height and go! Perhaps this is another reason why it’s so easy to push yourself to the limit. 🤷♂️
What are your thoughts? Do you agree/disagree?
I hope you found this useful. If so, please #repost or tag someone who needs to see this.

I found a piece of cardio equip I hate more than the rower 🙃 I try to do 5 sets of 500m ski erg once a week..... I hate it. Then did:
30 cal bike
30 cal row
In true JP fashion I paced it or walked through it 😑 without someone yelling at me I don’t know what intensity is 🤷🏽♀️
Then did the csa gym class wod:
20 kB swing
20 sit ups
I really need to work on this intensity thing....😆 @tylereffinstone it took me 7 min 🤦🏽♀️ I’m embarrassed 😂😂 and 5 min later did the other wod, I have a feeling that’s not the stimulus we were going after 🤣 #fitnessing#crossfit#dirty30#skierg#conditioning@rpstrength@metcon@mypowerdot@fitaid
