Pizza pump 🍕 I used those extra calories well with a big chest, shoulders and triceps workout today. I’m off to Thailand on Thursday so just hitting some bro splits until then. Do you find yourself struggling right now?
Most of the time the issues we encounter are because we haven't been able to invest in ourselves enough to feel fulfilled. .
Anything you want out of life needs to start from within yourself. If you're struggling to find happiness, more income, a better social circle, or anything else really, you need to start by building yourself up. To grow you need to invest in yourself. .
If you want more friends or better relationships, invest in understanding more about the kind of person you are. This way you find better matches. .
If you want more happiness invest in yourself to do things that make your happier, like building hobbies, chasing a dream, or even something as simple as meditation and organizing your life.
If you want more time or money and hate working a 9-5 invest in yourself by starting a business, teaching yourself stocks, or even just picking up a new job path can help. .
Investing in yourself comes in many forms, time alone, character building, hiring a coach or a therapist, but at the end of the day it all comes down to doing what's best for yourself to help you live a more fulfilled life. .
When you invest more into yourself and less into the outside world, you'll find so much less can be taken from you. Are you willing to do what it takes to invest in yourself? Have you made any recent leaps to try and invest more into yourself?
