And that’s a wrap! One of my busiest weeks of teaching yet (loving all the January enthusiasm for Yoga!). Finishing up with a full house @turnfitstudio for a lunchtime class today. So encouraging to see a room full of such busy people pausing to relax and release after a strong physical practice.
On the 12th day of Fitmas TurnFit gave to me... 12 exercises in 12 minutes .
1 minute per exercise AMRAP (as many reps as possible). Good luck!
1. Press Ups
2. Lunges (alternating)
3. Tricep Dips
4. Squat Jumps
5. High Knees
7. Shuttle Runs
8. Buddha Sit Ups
9. Dorsal Raises
10. The Plank with Toe Taps
11. A Frame Press Ups

On the 11th day of Fitmas TurnFit gave to me... 11 minutes of interval training.
Get outside whatever the weather and get the heart pumping. Sprint, jog or walk as fast as you can for 30 seconds and then recover for 30 seconds.
Each interval try and travel that little bit further. Repeat for 11 minutes.
On the 9th day of Fitmas TurnFit gave to me... 3 minute intervals.
As many rounds of the following exercises in that time.
9 Squat Jumps
9 Press Ups
Take one minute recovery then repeat the three minute interval for another two rounds.
Try to complete more rounds/reps every time!

Whether you have just been diagnosed, are going through treatment or are a cancer survivor, TurnFit would like to support you during your journey. Every second Thursday of the month we hold a support group for anyone who is on a journey with cancer. If you are a partner of someone or maybe have a family friend working through this difficult time then please feel free to invite them along tonight from 8-9.30pm @turnfitstudio . Everyone who is in a position where cancer is impacting their life is more than welcome to join us. The support group welcomes guest speakers from all walks of life, functional movement sessions as well as a good chance for a good social catch up with friends. TurnFit are very proud to have personal trainers trained specifically to structure exercise classes for clients going through treatment and beyond.
