Aidan has been working hard on his turn and barrel shape. He’s a freshman in high school and is going to be an absolute problem for pitchers. -
The crazy thing is he still a a lot of room for improvement. -
He’s an absolute workhorse though and has a bright future👌. -
Keep grinding man!

I don’t know about you guys, but whenever I start working out, I get restless legs so badly. I can’t deal with that feeling and hate laying in bed tossing and turning because my legs are so agitated. So, before I hop into bed, I take a bath with Deep Blue oil and Epsom salt. Then, when I get out, I take 1 Copaiba soft gel and rub deep blue on my legs. I even use this combo throughout the day or before I work out; it really helps reduce aches and pains! 🔹Deep Blue 🔹 * Rub Deep Blue on lower back muscles after a day of heavy lifting at work or during a move
* Soothing and cooling oil blend
* Perfect for the athlete in your life, Deep Blue Rub is blended in a base of moisturizing emollients that leaves your skin soft and non-greasy
* Provides a cooling and soothing sensation to targeted areas 🔹Copaiba Softgel 🔹 * Convenient, easy-to-swallow softgels deliver the internal benefits of Copaiba
* Supports cardiovascular, immune, and digestive systems
* Powerful antioxidant
* Soothes and supports the nervous system
* Supports the health of lungs and respiratory system

Here is a tip if you Train #femaleathletes . When working with females ( especially young females) where you stand is very important. If they are stretching on the ground stand off to the side. If they are doing dead bugs like the picture above stand off to the side. Give them distance. If you need to give them some feedback coach them in a way that is comfortable for them. Over the years I’ve seen coaches stand in positions that I know has to make females uncomfortable. This may seem like something that’s not a big deal but it is. I’m not saying to never stand in front when coaching but in certain positions and exercises Coach from the side. #strengthtraining#athlete#athletes#running .
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for following along with our Psychological Aspects of RTS series!
🔑 MAJOR KEYS 🔑
1️⃣ Set Expectations from day one: address potentially negative views or unrealistic expectations of surgery and rehab with proper education and optimistic language.
2️⃣ Set the athlete up for success: set progressive, challenging, yet achievable goals throughout rehab. Towards the end of rehab, delegate more tasks and workout sessions to the athletes to perform in their own to foster confidence and self efficacy.

💪🏼 NOTE: this refers to optimal protein nutrition for strength & hypertrophy training programs for ADULTS. (❌👶🏽) .
👉🏼Nutrition plans should always be individualized and goal-oriented. This suggestion is for the goal of optimal muscle remodeling (rebuilding after breakdown, caused by exercise or medical intervention). This sort of diet may be utilized by athletes/competitors or post-op surgical patients. I personally found it beneficial in my own body when competing in an NPC Bikini show. 🍗🥓🍳🧀🥦🍖🥜💪🏼
Freezin’ for a reason is how you could describe the Special Olympics New Jersey Polar Bear Plunges. Participants run into the Atlantic to support the 25,000 @specialolympicsnj athletes. Fearless swimmers will gear up for the Seaside Heights event on February 23. Mike Laverty has participated for 16 years and raised nearly $450,000. It's not always as easy and happening as it looks! Yesterday's shoot was real bad, I had my migrane at it's peak in the afternoon and at one point wanted to quit. It was so bad that pulling wheelies would send a shiver across the nerves in my head. I could literally feel my head blasting. My recent acquaintances from the States were so empathetic about my condition rather than just rushing with the shoot that they themselves gave me medicine and asked to rest. An hour of rest in this super cozy spot 😋 kicked the migrane out of my system and I got back on the bike comfortably once again to do all the stunts that now seems to be a cakewalk for me. First international documentary film on me and I am super excited about how it turns up! 📸- @chinmay_chaudhary#athletes#streetbikes#freestyles#nevergiveup💪 #documentaryphotography#shootlife#skinnybutstrong
