I start uni this week 😯 and while I'm excited I'm also a little ( a lot) nervous. This has definitely been a transition period in my life, questions like "What do you do?" And "Are you still working with the bees?" challenged me in ways that I didn't expect. For now I can say I'm lucky enough to still have the opportunity to work with the bees, and I'm very much looking forward to setting up my own hives. Bees have a very special place in my heart and I hope to always be a trusted caretaker for them, to help spread the love and educate people on just how cool they are 😍.
For the next four years I'm also going to be a full time student, and while that's scary it's also pretty damn cool. .

Just a reminder 💪💪🌟🌟
We are so wired today either to be in fight or flight mode! Not wanting Failures or disappointments... it takes courage to stand in any situation, remain calm. Change is inevitable, once you can adapt to constant changes, fluid situations... you can push through quicker then last time. Subsequent Success & Progress will get you closer to where you want to be. #believeinyourself
If I was lucky enough to have a brother, it would be this guy. I first "met" Joe on a training call that I tuned into randomly - it was not recorded, so I'm positive it was destiny that I was on live (with my video off so as not to be seen in my PJs). I was first taken by his presentation style, his story and reason why he does what he does moved me to tears, and then he dropped an F Bomb and I knew this guy could teach me some . And boy did he.... Three of his courses later, I am truly a changed person. The profound effect this guy has had on my life and my business....well, I just don't have the words to describe. Let's just say I was less than confident in his first course - felt I had no story to tell, nothing to contribute to the group, and I was a pretty negative person overall.
He helped me find my story, he encouraged me to contribute and through him I found an amazing tribe of women who are now forever friends....I count them amongst the closest friends I have - they know me....maybe better than I know myself.
If you are lucky enough to find a Joe of your own - even my Joe (I will share him), embrace the hard, be open, and for goodness sake "DO THE SHIT". It's not easy, but it's so worth it.
I finally got to meet him in person on this day last year. He is actually the Father of All Unicorns 🦄🦄🦄....he's an amazing human being, and such a wonderful friend. @mylyfeofy THANK YOU....thank you for bringing out the best in me...for MAKING me speak up and find my voice (and my story), for believing in me, for giving me tough love when I need it and for being a true friend to me.... #fatherofallunicorns#rfjourney#mylyfeofy#glowwithtove#findyourwhy#mindfullness#findyourvoice#mentor#myhero#dropallthefbombs#findyourtribe#mypeople#lifechanging#believeinyourself#ibelieveinyou
Weekend musings 🙏
Trust your instincts, trust your ideas, create your own path.
Just because that 'seems to be the way' everyone else in your type of business does it, doesn't mean it's the best or only way 👌
Try, fail, try again m'dears & listen to your inner voice 🙌
The weather is perfect for a weekend on the boat with the fam... but that's not gonna happen.
This weekend I'll be nose deep in my laptop putting the finishing touches on Monday's free training "How to Get Booked to Speak & Convert Dream Clients From The Stage" and I'm weirdly excited about that.
With making another small human, maternity leave and navigating a new season in life (and biz) I haven't been able to do a training like this since 2017.
I'm not doing this out of obligations, but rather >> inspiration. .
When you're fired up and ready to serve your people you don't mind a weekend dedicated to getting it right.
What's on the schedule this weekend for you, friend? I hope clickin' the link in my bio to save your seat for Monday is penciled in somewhere between a perfect brunch and an afternoon nap!
You've got this ♥️ the only thing separating you from those you aspire to become is your beliefs in your abilities and skills you already have within you. Great people achieve big things when they believe in themselves 🙏
whatever you accomplished this week - big or small - celebrate your achievements 🍻
something as small as working out for two days rather than your one - or cleaning/organizing your desk - being more aware of your thoughts and noticing when they’re negative💭
hell, even if you took the time to match your socks this time - celebrate that ish 🧦 •
you’re a winner - don’t let anyone let you feel otherwise 🏆
Your #mindset is the way you look at everything and the attitude you have about it, from your cancer to your relationships, your body, and your entire world. A healing mindset then is your attitude towards the idea that your body can heal itself.
There are three factors in having a healing mindset. ⏺️Expecting things to work. A person with a healing mindset just knows that things are going to work. They are doing everything in their power to get the right results like eating healthy foods, sleeping enough, moving their body, etc. They are putting in the work they need to do, so they have no doubt that things are going to move towards the body healing. ⏺️Having hope. Being optimistic about everything, and not just cancer is another part of the healing mindset. Being optimistic about your future boosts your immune system, so go ahead and talk about your plans for the next 5, 10, or 20 years! Doesn’t it just feel good to think about all the possibilities and things you could do in the future? Keeping that hope will help you heal. ⏺️Staying truly positive. I’m not talking about the fake smile you give your coworkers or friends when they ask how you are, I mean how you feel when no one is around and it’s just you and your thoughts. You will naturally have doubts and worries, but the quicker you release those thoughts and go back to remembering that without a doubt your body can heal, the better.
There are a lot of things about cancer (and life) that are out of our control, but one thing we can control is our mindset. I know these principles seem simple, but they truly are powerful and can make a huge difference in your cancer journey.
It’s often these discoveries that my clients make that help them heal. Maybe, it is not what you are eating but what is eating you!
Emily’s story is inspirational and a true testament that reaching your goals is about the journey, not just the destination. It’s not just about a New Years resolution...it’s about LIFE!!! “2 years, 131.2 pounds down, 109 inches lost. The girl who opted for the elevator is training for her second half marathon. The girl who wore a size 28W is wearing a size 10/12. The girl who drank to numb her feelings has not had alcohol in 2 years. The girl who ate from the drive thru now eats 6 filling, nutritional meals a day and has learned that food is fuel. The girl who drank 5 diet sodas daily now drinks 2 gallons of water. The girl who couldn’t stay awake during the day now jumps out of bed and kicks ass at 5:30am fitness classes. The girl who couldn’t look at herself in the mirror is now proud of who she sees in the reflection...” - Emily

Before and after 🤷🏾♂️ Yesterday was crazy for me . I literally made what I used to make in 5 days in less then 1 day. As you can see I panicked and got out the trade earlier than I was supposed to. 😳
After 1 year of hard work I can finally see the result. See this could be you I’m not saying it has to be Forex , it can be anything you’re passionate about.🛣 ————————————————————
Remember ideas don’t come out perfect they only get better as you work on it.✍🏽
Straight facts from Gary🔥
📷 @garyvee - You’ve just started your life. It’s so sad that our culture has decided at 18,22,30 everything has to be figured out. These 3 ages have imposed a lot of self doubt and anxiety in the system and I’m passionate to at least start a dialog around how absurd it is to think that at the 2o-25% mark of ones life especially after they have been in he modern education system for most of their lives that they should somehow have “life” figured out.
The pressure from your parents (many don’t have their lives figured out no) or from friends or society (most are unhappy and don’t have it figured out either) is unacceptable.
Simple question, are you happy? Are you self aware about what would make you happy? are you coming along in the process of not letting other peoples opinions dictate your actions?
I am super passionate around communicating observations and this one, this one sticks to me like clue. Go on your own timeline, it’s your timeline, not anyone else’s.
