Calories in vs. Calories out. The first picture is me not counting calories and eating everything in sight because I was bulking 🙄. The second picture is me restricting calories around 500-600 a day CONSISTENTLY for around a year. For a while I was working out no cardio and a cheat day, then installed and figured out you really need to stay to the diet everyday. Estudo de Barbalho (2018), treinou 20 homens jovens, um grupo realizou somente exercícios multi-articulares como supino, desenvolvimento, puxada e remada.
Já o outro grupo, além desses, realizou rosca bíceps e tríceps roldana.
Os resultados mostraram que o grupo que acrescentou exercícios isolados aumentou 30% a mais o braço que o grupo que só utilizou exercícios multi-articulares.
Esses resultados sugerem o óbvio, que realizar exercícios isolados, irão provocar maior hipertrofia da região estimulada.

Bishop Jakes was talking about what being on your grind really is as an Entrepreneur. It seems a lot of us nowadays love to put up posts about being on our grind even though we went to bed early and still woke up late. Are you really on your grind? I am guilty of this too. It seems we're responsible for allowing social media to program us into putting up posts about being on our grind even though we aren't maximising our time.
It's cool to put Entrepreneur or business owner in your bio. You don't even have to do the work. According to Elon Musk, Entrepreneurs like him work up to 60hours plus a week, but most of us spend longer than that on social media, doing nothing. Are you really on your grind?
Increasing my work ethic and actually being on my grind is within my control. It's something I try to maintain to invest my time in becoming more valuable. Work ethic is not given to you. You dont inherit work ethic from your parents. You have to cultivate the habit of hard work. You have to put in your time and really do the work.

Let others receive the overflow from your cup of life once it’s been filled already. Pouring from an empty cup can leave you drained, anxious, or depressed due to the lack of “deposits” being made into the balance of your soul. The “deposits” must always outweigh the “withdrawals” just like a bank account. Dangerous moods, feelings, and thoughts arise from overdraft. 😖

Often, we rely too much on one source of happiness and when that source falls through, extreme disappointment sets in. If you have varied sources of happiness... friends, family, significant other, individual passions, and more, we are much less likely to experience the anxiety that is rooted in disappointment caused by others. 🤔

SHOW UP for your loved ones, physically, emotionally, and spiritually... with a sense of URGENCY. Nothing feels more reassuring than knowing you have someone that will always pick up. Volumen of Doom überlebt, dann Schwarzlicht Minigolfen gewesen und jetzt die Gains bei AYCE Sushi saven.
Die heutige Einheit war recht erfolgreich, habe immer mehr das Gefühl wirklich neue Gains zu machen.
Heute früh eingewogen mit 91,9kg und ich glaube solch eine Form hatte ich bisher noch nicht bei dem Körpergewicht. Die Zeichen stehen also ganz gut für eine erfolgreiche Offseason und ich stehe noch ganz am Anfang davon.
Ab nun gehts in den wohlverdienten Deload in dem die Prio mehr auf dem Lernen für meine bevorstehenden Klausuren stehen wird.
Leider konnte ich heute bei keinem der Athletentreffen teilnehmen, beim nächsten Mal bin ich aber sicher dabei. 💪🏼
