First check-in this morning with @steven_mitropoulos and I gotta say I’ve managed to gain a lot more muscle since my last show in October and stayed relatively lean. Kind of lol. I can’t wait to see what kind of physique I’ll bring in the next couple months. Back on track, focused, determined to get the 🥇....💯 percent diet & training. LEGOO! 💢🔥💪🏾

- Quick arms and abs workout💕 it’s so true when they say when you don’t want to go is when you NEED to go.
Much needed Burnout session, even I get “unmotivated” at times. But the only difference between people who get results and people who don’t. Is if they see eating healthy and workout as an OPTION. It’s not am option or a “diet” for me. It’s a LIFESTYLE 💚 and once you start seeing it as a style of living. The habits will stick and so will the results 💪

My bulk belly makes it look like I’m arching my back during those kettle bell thrusts but I swear I’m just bloating 😂 Really enjoyed today’s workout. Again, still light weight but trusting the process.🦋 Happy Saturday!
