Still a tad fluffier than I prefer but I’m extremely comfortable at this weight. .
I made some changes due to tendinitis but feel great and am consistently hitting PRs!

Working from the comfort of my cozy office with rain pattering on the windowsill and worship music playing softly in the background. There’s a candle flickering beside me, a warm mocha steaming in my cup, and I just take a breath and thank God for this moment. A moment where faith takes over and fear hides its face. A moment where I glance up and see the gorgeous faces of women who started as business partners with me. Women who are now great friends and encouragers. It’s one of those moments where I take it all in and ask God for MORE because He’s never failed me yet.
What does your “work meeting” look like? If it’s not this, it can be. What was, and usually is, a $100 investment can be YOURS for TWENTY BUCKS! And, it’s the best time because you pick your kit to start, you choose your paycheck, you set your limits. For $20 bucks!!!!! What are you waiting on??? The time is now. Move and see what happens. Are you a fudge person? I am...but only when "nature" is on my side 😂
What I love about fudge though is a tiny piece sets you right.
Do you drink coffee after a workout?
As you workout, your cortisol levels rise. Caffeine continues to increase those cortisol levels. So when we have a cup of coffee post workout, our body is not given the chance to lower those levels. Chronically elevated cortisol levels can cause inflammation, insulin resistance, cardiovascular issues, immune suppression, and can eventually lead to adrenal and thyroid dysregulation – to name a few.
So what should you do instead?
Eat food, hydrate well and sleep! Having a dose of protein and carbohydrates post workout will help cortisol levels lower along with provide fuel for muscles to recover. #rfsnation#cortisol#caffeine#nutrition#diet#longterm

Who loves coffee, raise their hands! (My hands couldn't go up fast enough 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️) One of the factors affecting one's quality of sleep is coffee. Caffeine in coffee is the culprit behind the stimulating effect of coffee. Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant that isn't present only in coffee, but also in cacao beans 🍫 and tea leaves 🍵 as well. Coffee is such a controversial drink because many research reveals that it has various benefits but its negative effects on sleep must be considered as well. So my view on coffee is that it is highly individualistic upon how much coffee is enough for you to handle so be mindful and observe your body and mood when you drink coffee! ☕️
