Repeated loaded triple extension, lower intensity active recovery, extended number of rounds. This stuff is GOLD for any sport/activity that requires repeated explosive efforts and active recovery (see almost all sports/activities bar like golf and weightlifting). .

Utilising lateral and Carioca shuffle drills we are able to lay a foundation to prep the hips, ankles and knees for more complex tasks later in the rehabilitation process. ➖
Staples in athletic development warm up prep, why would we abandon these during rehab phases when our goals are the same as the goals of performance?
