At this. Why? Because I allowed what I really wanted in my heart and mind to be overwhelmed by things that didn’t exist anymore.
I lived in a place so dark to execute anything was impossible. The worst part of it all is having the people that inspire you the most think you’ve given up.
What I’ve learned over the past three years being in and out of real depression is doing something and getting up, shaving, and going out in public and sitting down to have a cup of coffee makes me feel good. The effort to put my suit on, my tie, my jacket, and dress shoes feels like I accomplished a lot. And when I see how good I look after I worked to take care of myself - I feel happy!
I tell myself if I stick to this fragile routine I won’t ever have to be imprisoned in that dark place ever again!
Loving the @spudincstraps equipment! Can’t stop using this damn thing. Working on the tricep brachii muscles with the cable tricep pushdown exercise. Great exercise to build hypertrophy (muscle growth) in the arms. Nothing to fancy just getting in some great work! .

Meet Noel.. 5 weeks ago he started getting P.T’s with me and has lost a whopping 1 stone 1lb (15lbs) and 9inches!
Noel always puts 💯 effort into each session and has pushed himself well outside his comfort zone.. from not using the gym at all by himself to now training 3-4 times in the gym as well as doing the fitness classes at MAS.. -

77kg vs. 50kg which look do you like more? I prefer the heavier one 🤷🏽♂️ It took me loots of hours at the gym and even more hours of cooking and eating. But it was worth it
