Pregnancy belly picture #4:
Halloween! This is the first year I have not touched candy... at all. I have pride myself off giving my son the best start by regularly working out to not gain tons of weight, eating right, drinking water and taking my steps. At 36 weeks I'm walking well over 7km daily.
Water (100 oz a day), sleep (9 hours a night), movement (most days of the week) and nutrition (no shitty foods). This is 8 months pregnant. 👊🏻💪🏻

1/28. Thought I’d give this #postdaily stuff a go in February. Will mainly post training-related stuff, but might include other stuff as well along the month. Been having an ok week so far and as usual, Friday is generally an easier day to prepare for the weekend. Even my #ouraring adviced me to take it easier today. Did a short and sweet activation/mobility/break-a-sweat kinda workout this morning including some pullups and kettlebell-work. Have a nice weekend everybody! #doitforthebaby#doitforyourself#trilife#triathlon#friday#kettlebellworkout
Day one of getting back to making a healthier me! When I first began working out again a few months ago, I decided I was going to do it for Charlotte and she alone gave me more motivation than when I decided to do it for myself. It gave me a mindset of fun rather than work because to me, becoming a healthier mother was something that came from my heart, rather my mind. It made me really happy to know I could keep up with her and I wanted to be a role model for her as well! Do what makes you happy and gives you motivation.
I had drank my preworkout using my @smartshakehq and i’m ready to sweat it out with my @90degreebyreflex leggings. They’re high waisted and don’t roll down, plus they’re #squatproof and my new @puma sports bra from @tjmaxx and it’s super comfy! My @fitbit is probably one of my best accessories too!
Thank you to @kenpachibruno for purchasing my new workout equipment and surprising me! This purchase could’ve gone either way, but he listened to me that I wanted to workout again, and I’m so excited to use them all!
The past 7 months I've been pushing myself to keep motivated workout safely and keep moving. I'm finally announcing... I've been holding back on you. While I've been working out I've been keeping fit for 2. 🙈 in my first trimester I lost a total of 18lbs and as of today I've only gained 7lbs back during these past few months. I've been kicking butt and making sure I don't gain a lot of weight during this pregnancy. I've watched what I've eaten and stuck to my workouts. My Dr is so proud of how hard I've been working to stay healthy for this baby. ...
I'm proud to say this mommy is a true 360 from my last 2 pregnancies! I'm super proud of myself for taking control and not losing sight of my end goal! All the workouts I've been posting are pregnancy safe workouts! Even pushing me to my max. Mommies to be you gotta remember you have control! You got this and keep up the great work! And don't be afraid to cheat every once and a while just keep up the great work! #fitmommy. #loseweightsafely#6monthspregnant#doitforyourself#doitforthebaby#neverbelazy#yougotthis

I came to a tough realization this morning. With being on limited activity, and it being necessary for me to sit on my butt, I need to pack away my Garmin. I’m far too numbers oriented. Even lowering my step goal isn’t enough.
So for now, until I’m cleared to workout after birth, my Garmin is going on a drawer 😢. I’ve worn a fitness tracker every day for 4 years now. This is definitely going to be odd.
My night in a nutshell🥜...or I should say, every night in a nutshell.
PB toast + badass book + essential oils = 🙌🏼 I’ve been eating the crap out of bagels/toast and PB. Baby B needs carbs and protein I guess🤰🏻🖤 Sleep tight everyone😘
Not your average transformation photos! On the left was right before I found out I was pregnant. On the right (this morning), 4.5 months pregnant. 🤰🏼
Have I gained weight? YES. Do I have to take it easy sometimes during my workouts? Yes. Am I okay with it? YES! —
Although it appears that I have no baby bump and instead look super bloated, I FEEL GREAT because I workout Every. Single. Day. for my health and the health my baby growing inside of me.
No one said working out while pregnant would be easy, but let me tell you— it’s SO worth it. #fitpregnancytips#healthypregnancyjourney#healthymamahealthybaby#yourhealthisimportant#doitforthebaby#aprilbaby2019#myfirstpregnancy
Ok guys. I was craaaaaving in n out and I really wanted the 1000 island on it, but sadly is not vegan 😢 so I went to sprouts thinking they had @followyourheart thousand islands and again, sadly they don’t... so I grabbed a few items and made my own 1000 islands. Grabbed some @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel sprouted burger buns went to my dads and whipped up these burgers! Loaded with lettuce tomato and onion 🤤 I’m damn proud of myself. I feel a little less guilty knowing it’s vegan and mostly organic 🤗 #veganpregnancy#pregnancycravings#veganmama#veganpregnancyfood#doitforthebaby

Hoping to live up to the promise of this onesie, a gift from a dear friend who knows me long and well. #lifegoals#doitforthebaby
Love the ingredients in these prenatals. My sister recommended the garden of life brand to me so I did some research on these and I love what they use. They use folate instead of folic acid and I get all my b12 and much more. And these DHA supplements are from algae! Also, loving these watermelon juices - so hydrating! Been feeling so thirsty so far this first trimester so these juices are the perfect thing for me. I’ll usually grab one before the gym in the morning and end my night with some :) #veganpregnancy#mamatobe#prenatals#vegandha#watermelonjuice#veganmamatobe#doitforthebaby
When all you feel like eating are homemade nachos but your mind is telling you to nourish the baby and to have your veggies..so you eat both! ✅
For some reason I’ve been craving homemade nachos with black beans a lot in this pregnancy. I really didn’t feel like eating a salad, but I had premade this salad to encourage myself to eat it (it worked!) It’s so important to eat healthfully for your growing baby and provide them with their vital nutrients, but I also believe in occasionally indulging in your favorite foods. I went with eating both. I fulfilled my pregnancy craving, but I also got my veggies in #winwin
