This is all the equipment you need for a good full body HIIT workout. 20 minutes ✅ broke a sweat 💦 and all I need now is my toe to heal and a pedicure Please excuse the gross feet! Workout consisted of squat variations, dumbbell curls, some light boxing 🥊 push-ups donkey kicks (thanks @dprfitness for this recommendation) and sit-up variations

Signed up for a sprint triathlon this summer! I’m super pumped! BUT I noticed I’m already minimizing the experience. .

I have traveled to beautiful places swimming in water naturally provided by nature- unfortunately I was not fully present. Missing opportunities to absorb the experience.
