Exercising with enjoyment and energized feeling is actually possible.
This clip shows something I enjoy doing. I've never had this strength that ables me to lift over 60 kg. Last summer (swipe for changing picture) I barely got 15 kg lifted from the ground...For achieving this enjoyment of exercising I needed to let go from things:
- exercising over 3 hours per day without rest days
- eating mainly veggies, salads and fruits
- not eating before workouts
- not seeing my friends or creating social life circles
- not reading books
- not looking at movies or series
- not staying in bed on weekends
- not eating what I wanted
- not traveling
- standing all the time
- constantly doing stuff to fill "empty" time between exercising
-and more stuff.
I used to be afraid of exercising without hunger or an empty stomach. It was only after exercising when I could let myself eat. If I did it in the opposite order I was breaking the rules of Ed and immediately feltl wrong, unworthy and disgusting. Because of those feelings I started to restrict my eating or exercising some more. It was a circle of punishment. I didn't enjoy or even like exercising but I got satisfaction, pleasure and a feeling of worthiness when I acted in Ed's ways.
Today everything is different. I eat before exercising, I eat after exercising. I eat when I'm not going to exercise. I'm not exercising because of some "body goal". I'm exercising from a feeling of enjoyment and will. Exercising in certain ways might of course affect on my appearance but that's a side product of me taking care of my overall health in ways I feel suitable for me.
I let go from everything that used to be my shelther, secure and a source of being enough. My relationship with gym exercising hasn't been unproblematic until now. I started that hobby with a push by my ex and not with my own genuine will and interest. But now I feel completely safe with myself, knowing that I'm enough whether or not I lift weights.

Today I acknowledge that I will be wasting time on non income producing activities and things that in the past would cause me stress and chaos,
What are they you might ask, you might not however for those that are interested, •priority visit to local council •prepping for a job investigation on absences level due to 5 passings last year which has brought my absence level to a non acceptable job standard- totally understand. It is what it is. Everything happens for a reason.
I love that all things now work together and learning to spend more time on better income generators that are blessing others.
Thank you @drjohndemartini who was the first person to teach me the value of listing down what you do in a day and then check what produces income and what doesn’t and then do less of what doesn’t if you want to better yourself financially,

Today, three of my clients woke up late and weren’t able to start their morning routines on time. 😪
One of the bad habits we build when addicted to pornography is going to sleep late and waking up late. 😵
It may not have anything to do with porn necessarily.
Maybe you just have a habit of watching movies 🎞, TV series 📺 or playing video games 🎮 late at night.🌃 Perhaps you justify it by saying things like: “ I have trouble sleeping.” One of the things I learned early in my recovery was the concept of managing my schedule 📅. If you learn this, your recovery will become MUCH easier.
You’re on a Ship. Think of yourself as being on ship in the ocean. The ocean of life, that is.
The different things which are out of your control daily are the storms ⛈ in the ocean. 🌊
For a recovering porn addict, your Morning Routine is your anchor. It keeps you grounded during a storm. Your schedule is your lifeline.
If you get thrown off the ship during a storm (a particularly stressful 😧day), it's the rope that is thrown to you to save your life and pull you back to the safety of the ship.
Your morning 🌄 routine is what you do every morning to prepare for your day.
It should involve:
🔸A Recovery Exercise 🔸Reading a chapter from an Addiction recovery book
🔸Goals setting for the day
🔸Reviewing your boundaries
🔸Reviewing your Statement of Purpose (Why you want to quit porn)
🔸Meditation or a Feelings Exercise if meditation is not your thing
It COULD also involve:
🔸Exercise: Lifting weights, Calisthenics or Yoga
🔸Affirmations or Self Talk
Personally, my Morning Routine involves all of the above because it anchors ⚓ me for the day. 🌅
No matter how crazy my day gets, my ship (me) will never sink (relapse/slip) because I am prepared. 😎

Did you know that #physical inactivity can cause several diseases? Physical activity doesn’t mean a hardcore workout. If you don’t enjoy #exercising it is better to incorporate changes slowly. Start by #walking or #jogging and being mindful of the importance of physical activity throughout the day. You can stand up a few times, walk to get lunch, etc. Once you find an exercise you enjoy more you can increase the physical activity in your life. Hey everyone! Quick update- sorry I haven’t been as active on posting stuff recently, I just got a new job and I don’t have as much time to write up posts! I’m going to start planning ahead and writing them on the weekends! Okay well anyways, my life has been full of fun recently, so I thought I would share with you all one of the best times I’ve had in a while! I had my junior prom last night, and here is a picture of me before the dance! It was so much fun being with my friends and getting to spend time with the best boyfriend ever 😊 Also- I’ve been getting some more followers, so I thought I would do a couple more introduction facts about me, so here goes nothing!
1. I am currently a junior, but I’m already so excited for college! I’m hoping to become a nutritionist and be able to help people form healthy lifestyles!
2. My favorite color is maroon, it’s one of my school colors and it’s been my favorite ever since sophomore year when I transferred to Assumption!
3. My favorite food is watermelon, and i’m super sad that’s it’s not in season right now! For real, this is not a lie, I could eat a whole watermelon and still want more #dontjudge
4. I just started working at a local ice cream place, and i’m in love!!! One of my favorite parts about the job is trying new ice cream treats 😊
5. The reason I made this account was to help others achieve their goals, whether it be mentally or physically. So, if you want to talk about anything, my inbox is always open!

Sunday night #planning. I've been hitting my #goals this year, sticking to my #newyearsresolutions for... the first time EVER I'm pretty sure!!! I have maybe 8 poems left to write before my manuscript is DONE! 😯 And I've been #exercising regularly 2-3 times a week in addition to 2-3 #yoga sessions. And practicing piano and keeping up on chores and naturing and fucking (😂😘) and reading and eating more fruits and veggies as snacks and putting effort into my appearance and being more vocal about important shit and getting enough sleep every night and standing up for myself by requiring good pay and treatment and #snailmailing and connecting more and being more #mindful and being strict on our budget and #mealplanning and limiting my #mediaconsumption and listening to #audiobooks and applying for my #dreamjob and and and... 🚲🎵🎹📚🖋🏳️🌈🧘🏼♀️🍓🍅🥦🍉🍍🍎🍐🍇🍄🍽🌲🌳🌿🌻🦉🦆🦅🐸🐢🐦🐇🐿🐀🦌🐕💄👖👄🧡💅🏼👫🏼🏃🏼♀️🛌🏼👩🏼🏫👩🏼💻😘😍 I'm really proud of myself!
