Who do you love and who loves you?
How does this all make you feel?
Let the answers be your guide. They are never outside and around us, but deep within. When you finally choose to let go of what no longer serves you…you can start to be more of who you already are.

I’ve never been a winter person. As a kid I remember trying every excuse to stay in at recess during the cold winters. I absolutely HATED the cold..and still do. 🤷🏻♀️ By late February, I always feel like I’ve had enough of winter. When I can’t get away to a warmer climate, here are some things I incorporate into my life to beat the winter blahs (‘cause they sure do suck!) 😔
1️⃣MOVE! Do anything that involves movement. Go for a walk, take a yoga class, go to the gym with a friend. Exercise releases endorphins and makes us feel good!
2️⃣NOURISH. Eat healthy foods that nourish your body in the right ways. Google a new recipe that’s healthy and is different from what you might normally make. Step outside of your comfort zone and maybe you’ll find some new foods you love. ❤️ 3️⃣GIVE YOUR BODY A BOOST. In the cold months, our immune systems are always on guard. I supplement regularly with vitamins (especially D) and other immune-boosting supplements. Sometimes a mild cleanse can help reset your body, too (I like ReCleanse by @prairienaturals).
