Most people don't like Mondays. I don't like Wednesdays because they are my red task, GSD, days.
As much as I don't care for running errands and taking care of my weekly task list, I push through the day because the rest of my week won't go right if my Wednesday work does not get done.
Last week, thanks to my #resultsfitnessuniversity family, I was reminded of the importance of proper planning for marketing and growing my business.
When it comes to marketing and selling I like to procrastinate because these are not the areas of my business that I enjoy working on.
Knowing that putting off what I don't like to do doesn't get me closer to my goals, I had to recommit to doing this work.
Thankfully I have the right tools to get the job done which will make this non-enjoyable task a little easier.
What one thing do you not like to do but need to do, and what tools do you need to invest in to make it easier to get done?

Filming not the greatest but just finished my Cardio and Core class and talk about working up a sweat. It doesn’t just include planks - but planks while balancing on a medicine ball! Yoh! CORE! Feels so good. Did 2 sets of 16 intervals each 💪 what a feeling! •

Go into every situation with an open mind & grateful heart ✨
I used to post JUST about fitness, health, and diet stuff. My life is still pretty much all about fitness & health 😂 I’m training to be a pro athlete so it’s not like i can forget about those things 🙈 But lately I’ve felt it’s important to post about other things too. Competing and achieving your goals is about so much more than which protein sources or rep ranges to go for - it comes down to your mindset.
My mind is something i train just as hard as my body. I read personal development books, listen to podcasts and motivational speeches every day, and have successfully implemented little tasks that help me stay positive throughout the day. The most helpful trick I’ve found in staying more positive & open minded is: start every day by thinking (or saying out loud) 3 things you are grateful for.
