Fat Burning Smoothie
1 cup spinach.
1 cup 🍍.
1 cup 🍓 + blueberries.
1/2 🍌 .
Add some flax for boosted fiber and protein. I
1 cup of 💧 or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 🥛. **Can also add favorite protein powder to the mix — about 1/2 scoop.
Spinach = anti inflammatory, iron rich and improves the quality of your blood.
Strawberries 🍓 = blood sugar regulator, antioxidant, anti inflammatory.
Blueberry = anti inflammatory, protects against cancers, lowers blood pressure.
Avocado 🥑 = healthy fat, great for skin care, helps with controlling diabetes.

I’ve met so many people who WANT to drink more water but really hate drinking it. We all know the science behind why you should drink it, but here’s a couple of options for us you find it hard to reach your 2 litres: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍋🥒 - Water prep!! Make up a couple of bottles of water with sliced lemon & cucumber in and put in the fridge over night. The water will be so peng and cold the next day and taste a little more interesting! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍓🍒 - Water Mojito!!! In a glass, crush up some frozen summery fruits/berries (I like strawberries and raspberries for this) If you only have fresh add a load of crushed ice. When it’s all super smooshy add water and mint (if you’re fancy) 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🍑🍊 - Add flavour!! If you’re struggling with water simply because of the flavour, add something that tastes good! Sugar free squash is a great way to make it more exciting, or try diluting juice to get in your liquids ☺️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Good morning guys! In my last #Gymshark66 update, I was not happy with my consistency in the gym. I promised to train 6 days, no excuses... and I did it! But after last week, I need some water and a break 🤣... So today is my rest day— time to regroup and prepare for the week. -
I’m not filming workouts this week b/c that requires more time and I have to spend ALL of my free time working on the Iceland documentary. @treloren and I have been working very hard on this project and we’re almost at the finish line. Y’all... the doc is freaking, AMAZING! I can’t wait to share it with you guys. The date of the screening is locked in— March 31st at SCADShow in Atlanta, GA, 7:30p. Put it on your calendar 😉...
