I love gymshark but I wish this was a thicker and more solid material... I don’t even know if I can wear this on a light day at the gym.. @gymshark please make this thicker and I will repurchase !!!
This is the newly dropped vital seamless set. I do LOVE this line very much and it hits my ankles just at the right length without folding them! It comes in 8 different colors (and I believe this is the only one that is so shear) so go and check them out!

Pull-ups have easily become one of my favourite #exercises because of how many variations you can do but also the #core and upper body #strength you develop can enable you to do some other funky bar exercises 👌🏼💪🏼 .

Sooo, da ich nach ner Woche jetzt auch mal wieder was posten darf: kurzer Wochenrückblick: am Montag erstes Training nach 9 Tagen Krankheitspause erfolgreich absolviert 👌🏻. Kraftverlust geringer als gedacht. Bin noch nich 100% da wo ich vorher war aber das wird an der allgemeinen Regenerationszeit nach Krankheit liegen.
Also alles in allem bin ich positiv überrascht, dass Muskeln und Kraft wohl doch nich über Nacht verschwinden 😜. Die Erfahrung hat mir dabei geholfen etwas entspannter an die ganze Sache zu gehen und mal ein paar Tage Pause können durchaus auch positiv sein 💪🏻
