You don't need to be "perfect", Just BETTER than you where before. 💖 The whole "I'll start when the time is right" is a bunch of b.s. 💥💪💥 If you want change YOU need to make it happen and YOU need to start! 💥💪💥 I have spent over 10 years learning what works and what does not work. Self experimentation is the cheapest and most effective way to get somewhere also. 💥🏋️♀️💥 However to see any lasting results you need to be CONSISTENT and make these changes a part of your whole life and not just a part of one day. This is only 20lbs difference with a muscle to fat exchange of about 7%. 1% of fat loss is appropriately 5 pounds of weight. To help your progress, take progression photos every 3 months or so depending on your goals. This will help with self Motivation and will help you get back on track when you fall off the rails. God knows I've hit numerous speed bumps and had buckets of life wrenches thrown at me. If you are like me...whelp....you may need to learn from your own mistakes...but if you are smarter, you can learn from mine and use what I have learned so you won't have to spend as much time and money making the mistakes I have made. Good luck in your journey. Ich will Dinge tun, vor denen ich Angst habe, Neues ausprobieren, mich selber pushen.😁 * Dazu gehören einerseits große Erfahrungen wie das Besteigen von Bergen - vielmehr aber noch die kleinen, banalen Dinge. 🤔 * Alleine in einer unbekannten Großstadt unterwegs zu sein. Mit Menschen zu sprechen, die ich nicht kenne. Komplett neue, unbekannte Situationen. Damit umzugehen ist für mich ein riesengroßer Schritt - auch wenn’s (oder gerade weil’s) ungemütlich ist! Und ich habe jetzt schon gemerkt, wie ich in den letzten Wochen über mich hinaus gewachsen bin. Or they will have a big drop in weight followed by a week or two of no change and assume they have hit a plateau. ___________________ Here is the Truth ✅ —> your weight will NOT go down linearly, day-to-day , or week to week. ___________________ For most people it will look like this: ___________________ They will have a big drop in weight, go up a little , hold steady for a bit and then repeat the process. For some people it happens on a weekly basis and for some it is a monthly basis it really depends on how YOUR body responds. ___________________ It is not going to drop in a predictable fashion . It will go up and down sporadically, sometimes for no good reason. Knowing that, you should NOT freak out everyday if it does not move you way. Are you effectively hitting your shoulders with the dumbbell shoulder press? The most common mistake on these is using a shortened range of motion. The lockout uses mostly triceps. Your shoulders are more engaged at the bottom half of the rep. If you’re stopping at parallel, you’re not fully stimulating your shoulders. While I wouldn’t say hitting the dumbbells together at the top is necessarily incorrect, it’s definitely not helpful. When the dumbbells bounce off of each other, your set will be thrown off a little.
