My handstands.... are finally straight...! Pretty exciting. Tucking the pelvis is key and it feels like a huge movement when I am upside down, but watching it is different. .
I also smashed the light with my foot trying to do my front levers in the 3rd video... wasn't intentional and luckily was plastic.
Goals that you practice randomly will have random results. Consistent practice will get you consistent results! -OGM
