After I realized I was an idiot for making fun of coffee needs for so long, it made me wonder what else I was stupid for poo-pooing without ever having tried. The next installment of "Was I Wrong All These Years?" will be focused on tabletop role-playing games. After $90 and three hours of gameplay, we'll find out if our hero is glad he kept an open mind, or if he ended up shackled to a wall inside the cursed cave of "I fucking knew this would be dumb." League News: Colts S Clayton Geathers will test free agency this offseason.
Geathers, 26, played out his 4-year/$2.813M rookie contract and is set to become an unrestricted free-agent.
Geathers said Indianapolis will always have a special place in his heart, but indicated that he could be moving on in free agency. “I remember coming in (as) a young kid, this city welcomed me with open arms,” Geathers said, via Stephen Holder of The Athletic. “It’s been great. The city has been great to me. Not only to me, but to my family. My daughter, all she knows is ‘Go Colts!’ That’s special, man. This season was special. It won’t be forgotten. Moving forward, I’ve done all I can. I’ve pretty much given it all to the Lord. Where the chips fall, the chips fall.” The Colts would like to re-sign Geathers, but are unlikely to prioritize him over other team needs this offseason, per Holder.
In 2018, Geathers started 12 games for the Colts and recorded 89 total tackles, three pass defenses, and one forced fumble. He missed four games due to knee and neck injuries.
In two playoff starts, Geathers compiled 20 total tackles and a pass defense.
