✨CURRENT TRAINING SPLIT✨
My training split is incredibly basic, but a couple of people have asked so here you go...
Legs (glute focused) // Pull (back and biceps) // REST // Legs (quad focused) // Push (shoulders and triceps) // REST // Legs (hammies and glutes) ▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️
I don’t do any cardio accept walking around daily and I’m supposed to train abs 3x a week but I usually end up doing it twice (for 10 mins after both my upper body days)

Here’s two clips from my workout today! Did this nice lil superset; Bicep curls with a plate (25lbs) 4x10 and rows with the smiths machine (20lb on each side) 4x10.
Honestly i feel so uncomfortable recording at planet fitness for some reason, it just feels awkward to me 😂 But ill have more good workout vids once i’m back at the gym near my school! 😊
A little cheat meal won't hurt. Especially when it's @theskinnypop 80 Cal per serving, so easy to track the calories with small bags (1 serving). I'm having three of them tonight -240 Cal 👌🏻
We baked some sugar cookies with Elijah today. He's having his own treat🍪 Won't lie I tried one too, it's sooo good!🤤 I forgot the taste of home made cookies already.

I feel like it’s been so long since I’ve had a real & filling meal, so lunch today with my dad and stepmom was much appreciated 😭 • we went to Red Robin and I was stuffed to the maxxxx after eating this 🍔
Left my job today and i feel so emosh, going to miss all my girls. I have made friends for life and memories I will hold on to forever. I have only been here for around 5 months and I have had a fantastic time. But as they say all good things must come to an end. Hi hello live from the gym🤣🙌🏻 out here filming heck loads of content in prep for my laparoscopy operation on Wednesday so I don’t dip on you all for 2-4 week😂. First time under the anaesthetic and I’m genuinely nervous as hell but it’s all for the best! If I have endometriosis it will put me a step closer to solving many pain and gastric related issues. If I don’t then I will still be a step closer in another sense 🤞

Po ostatnich dwóch dniach świętowania i obżarstwa dzisiejsze przysiady i hip thrusty były o dziwo bardzo lekkie i przyjemne. 😅 Nadmiar węglowodanów ma jednak swoje plusy. 🤷🏼♀️🍫🍕
