Got in one last workout @fitlegittraining before I fly out to LA tonight for two days of Bar Wrestling.
2 minutes of medicine ball cleans, burpees, pull-ups and kettle bell swings, 2 minutes of rest in between, for 4 rounds. It was a doozy!

I have always struggled with digestive issues when taking protein powder supplements.... I've been using this vivo life perform stuff for a week now and have to say it's fully legit! We were playing around on my phone and this was too cute to pass. Drinking my coffee, he always steals some sips. It looks heavily creamed but I make my own cold brew and it’s always clear but strong! We’re about to go to the gym. My hot husbands going, too, so I’ll be getting lifts in. I’m not ready. 😂🙈
These last few days have been really tough for me as I have to stare at a lot of my demons in the mirror and gather my strength to not run away like I used to do.
the gym🏋🏻♀️always helped me see that I had the power to stand up for myself
and do hard things
so that is how today is starting
it helps me accept that I don’t need to have all the answers at this very moment to “win.”
that I can still make decisions that don’t line up with who I am, and still “win” by continuing to show the f*ck up.

countless individuals telling me I couldn’t.
I could only control so much
and the sacrifices I made
was a pain I chose 🙋🏻♂️
it is a gift that keeps on giving
it’s a beautiful moment when the sacrifices you make, don’t really feel like sacrifices anymore
Beyond this physique lies a better man

even when he feels weak
when will the discomfort end?

Every sacrifice I have made
has been a choice none of the less.
The hardest choice is showing up to be the man who feels disempowered
and feel empowered
Who stays true to himself despite the loud noise of who he should or shouldnt be.
despite how lonely, and confusing, and f*cking hard the whole fitness (life) journey can be
if we commit to just showing up
we are never really alone
magical things always seem to happen when you decide to just show up.

Doing cardio doesn’t have to be on cardio machines. Any activity that increases your heart rate and breathing rate can be used as a form of cardio.
Want to breath harder? Just do exercises faster
AMRAP (as many reps as possible) for all exercises, take little to no rest between each exercise. Repeat circuit 3/4 times💪🏾
