Just finished my 52nd morning of celery juice. I really like my new celery morning routine when I am at home and I have started to think about how I am going to be able to it while traveling this spring and summer.. if you have any tips on how you busy travelers are getting your celery juice fix while on the go I would appreciate it. Just thinking a head I am a problem solver at heart .. #celeryjuice#medicalmediumprotocol#hashimotowarrior#hashimotosthyroiditis
My daily dose of Thyroid Healing Broth/Soup. I have to say that I am getting a little tired of having it everyday. Luckily my 30 Day Thyroid Healing cleanse part of the 90 Day Thyroid Rehab is coming to an end and I can switch gears to another 30 days of something slightly different. #medicalmedium#hashimotowarrior#hashimoto#hashimotos

Hello. Can you hear me?
You know I'm here to give it to you straight. I don't sugar coat things, it's just not my nature. Tell it like it is....right?
Reality can sometimes suck! Realizing we have let ourselves go. Let our jobs, family, chores, get in the way of being our best. Sometimes everything else gets moved to the top of the to do list. You bump yourself all the way to the bottom. I've been there. I have done it for 18 years! I put my kids & husband & house & grocery shopping & who knows what else above me on the list!
I thought by making all of that first, that it made me better. Guess what? NO! It doesn't make you a better mom to have a perfectly clean house. It doesn't make you a better wife when you get all the laundry done & do all the carpool & help with the homework. But I get it. I've done it. I've been there. I only wish someone would have given it to me straight about 17 1/2 years ago!
Want to know my secret? I make time for myself. Every day! I make time for what is important to me. Every day! I make the time. And at the end of everyday and at the end of every week now I am still a good mom. A good wife. In fact, I'm better than I was before!
Why? Because a better me on the inside spills over into everything else that I do! It's not too late for you to be your best! I waited until I was 43 😞 but you don't have to wait anymore! So call me (or just DM me) because I'm ready to see you at the top of your list!
Sweet potato tortillas a few different ways. I love ❤️ making them in to different shapes and plate accordingly. Since you eat with all your senses it does taste better if it is pleasing to look at at least I think so. #cleaneating#glutenfree#hashimotowarrior
It’s hard sharing these comparisons because it means sharing the before picture as well.
The picture on the left is this morning. The picture on the right is from 2/14/2014.
It was just months after being diagnosed as hypothyroid. A diagnosis that gave me hope because I thought I finally had a reason and solution for all the symptoms I constantly faced. The extreme fatigue. The anxiety. The weight gain.
Spoiler alert, the synthetic thyroid hormones the doctors put me on didn’t work. Like many dealing with hypothyroidism , I didn’t get better. I got worse. I had been under diagnosed.
3 years later, in 2017, at my insistence I was tested for and diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. FINALLY.
So how did I lose the weight and regain my health? There were no gimmicks. No shakes. No pills. No counting calories. At the suggestion of an angel of a gastroenterologist, I started following the autoimmune protocol. I removed ALL of the common food allergens to give my immune system a break. AND IT WORKED.
The weight melted off. But more importantly I got my life back. •
I definitely have ways to go to get to my goal but today I celebrate how far I’ve come.
When I made the decision to finally start taking care of myself it wasn’t easy but I showed up for myself every day one way or another.
First picture is from October to now. The second picture represents my 3 week progress from the new 20 minute, 6 days a week program I’m using.
My group and I love the results we are seeing. So much so, that we are doing the program again in March.
If you want to see results like this comment below“I’m finally ready” and I will send you details.
I mean you have to start somewhere. Take the fist step. I would love to see your before and after.

Life is about changes.
We go thru SO many changes in our lives, and most of those we probably didn't have much control over. So we get into the bad habit of just accepting things the way they are and moving on. NOT ANYMORE!
You have a choice. You can make the changes to your life that will ultimately make you a better you. A quote from one of my favorite movies....."What do you want?" WHAT do you want?
Decide. Then take a chance on yourself! You deserve it don't you? YES you do! Make the change and get it done. No one else is going to just do it for you. No one is going to just bring you what you want. YOU have to make it happen.
I wanted to be healthy.
I wanted to be rid of my health issues.
I wanted to loose weight.
I wanted to be stronger.
I wanted to be happier.
I wanted to inspire others.
I wanted to make extra income.
So I decided to make the changes and now ALL of that is happening! Yes, ALL of it! I took a chance on myself and it paid off big time. I was totally worth the effort. I AM totally worth the effort.
And guess what friends.....So are you!
I’ve been struggling a lot lately with my Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis—severe carpal tunnel, chronic fatigue, joint pain, muscle weakness. It’s not been fun, and I haven’t been as present on social media because I’ve been feeling so rubbish.
I had a level check recently, and the results I got back a few days ago were awful. I’m all over the place, but at least I’ve got answers to why I’ve been unwell.
I’ve had a medication change, but I’ve recently also made major changes in my diet and am reading every book I can get my hands on about functional medicine and understanding my condition.
In my reading tonight, there was this line, “Dreaming Big: ‘I have to get better; I have books to write.’” It shined like a beacon to me when I read it. Because if that isn’t a message from above about getting this under control so I can share my passion with my reader friends, I don’t know what is!
I’ve currently got 8 books planned, and outlines of one entire new Dark Romance series all jotted down.
So I WILL get through this rubbish phase I’m currently in. As I MUST get these beauties written! 👊🏻 #hashimotowarrior#hashimotosprotocol#HealthJourney#Positivity#WeCanDoThis#BecauseIHaveBooksToWrite#SoManyUntoldStories#TillieColeBooks
