DONT FORGET TO SWIPE ⬅️⬅️⬅️😉 Here I have a client who was suffering from frozen shoulder syndrome. As you can see from his facial expressions😖😖😖he is in a significant amount of pain and has very little shoulder mobility. Here are 3 videos over a span of 12 weeks. let’s see what happens 🤷🏾♂️ DEFINITION—Frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in your shoulder joint. Signs and symptoms typically begin gradually, worsen over time and then resolve, usually within one to three years.
CAUSE—The bones, ligaments and tendons that make up your shoulder joint are encased in a capsule of connective tissue. Frozen shoulder occurs when this capsule thickens and tightens around the shoulder joint, restricting its movement.
EXERCISES- we have done anywhere from 12-15 different exercises. Here are 3 of my favorites that will help increase range of motion in your shoulder. Enjoy 😉 1) “Apley Scratch” Internal/External rotation red resistance band.(3x12-15)
2) “TRX External Rotation” (3x12-15)
3) “Red band over head pull apart”(3x12-15)
CONCLUSION-Takes 1-3 years to recover from frozen Shoulder 🤔LIES! LIES LIES! Seriously though Who wants to be in pain for that long 😒😒😒???After our very first session Keith noticed improvements in his Range of Motion while feeling less pain as well. ☝️The first and last progression videos you see here are 12 weeks apart. Keep in mind Keith is only training with me 2x a week. Crazy to believe that this man was supposed to suffer over the next 3 years. Seeing his progression over this short period of time has been nothing short of spectacular. 💫 I love being able to help people. It gives me a true sense of purpose in my life. How my meals and snacks are looking for the week! This was another easy prep that took me less than 2 hours to prepare.

🍏 No fridge? No problem! Here are some healthier snack options for when you don’t have any refrigeration available but want fresh food!
There are so many reasons — on a 🚧 👷🏻♀️ construction site, between classes at school 📖 , hiking 🥾 or camping ⛺️ etc — when you need food but can’t keep it cold. And FYI refrigeration is a must-have for cooked meats and dairy products, which shouldn’t be left out for more than a few hours!
Lots of fruit 🍌 here because it’s fine at room temp! Also for avocados 🥑 I don’t cut them until I’m ready to eat for ultimate freshness and also to avoid browning. Any other ideas? Leave them below! And double tap if you want more posts like these! 💪🏻🥑🍉 #eatbetternotless
