NUTRI PRI NA COZINHA 😍 💝Tem uma dica valiosa no final 😻
💝No meu Instagram nos stories postei tudo passo a passo! @nutripriscilaustulin me siga lá!!
🌱Nessa receita eu fiz tudo a olho!!! #nutriprinacozinha#frangodesfiado#cottage#ideasforkids#healthyfood#healthylifestyle

Are you looking for how to keep your family healthy and happy during the cold and flu season? #ad
While my husband and I have been traveling in Europe we mostly enjoyed temperatures and weather similar to spring back home. Meanwhile our kids have been experiencing major cold and snowstorms. .
During the cold and flu season I work hard (whether at home or while traveling) to keep my family heathy. .
Most of my efforts are preventative in nature. .
When someone does get sick. Which always happens eventually. That's life with kids. I am extra vigilent making sure we up our game to get healthy asap.
Today on my blog I am talking about what I do to keep my family healthy and happy during the cold and flue season. (Blog post--> also a link to my blog is in my profile @thequietgrove)
I am also talking about my favorite cold and flu season products that you can get at your local Walmart here--> www.WalmartHealthSupport.com

There are good reasons why people come into your life. Some to help you achieve your goals, to motivate you, and also to be your mentor. Then there’s those who come to destruct you, block your blessings, prevent you from achieving your life goals and also some come into your life because they hate to see you succeed.
Dealing with these types of people is also a great opportunity to better handle conflict. Use these experiences as opportunities to learn to navigate conflict. Sometimes you can just take the high road but, in other situations, the response needs to be more nuanced.
If you have not accomplished anything, then, almost certainly, nobody would be paying enough attention to give you criticism.
When there are people talking about you, criticizing you or judging you and what you do, then it is a sign that you are on the path toward success. Use this sign as a validation that you have been doing the right types of things.
You might receive deeply personal insults that attack your beliefs or character- it may even come directly from those you love or even your family- you do not have to conform to anybody else's beliefs. Instead, you should be proud of what makes you unique and remain authentic.
Learning to love yourself for who you are will enable you to live a more independent-thinking life. That will lead to greater levels of satisfaction and accomplishment.
Others might tell you that your self employed business will never succeed or that you will never accomplish your goals. You can use these negative responses as motivation to succeed. You do not need to prove anything to anybody.
It’s YOU VS YOU -
Need a new great healthy snack your kids will love? Jack and Ari love having cucumbers! I jazz them up a bit with a little white wine vinegar and a small amount of salt and pepper. They like it so much that Jack will actually drink the vinegar when he's finished!
What is your favorite healthy snack that your kids will never turn down?

Vegan chili with roasted potatoes 🍠
For the chili, sauté diced onions, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeño, chives, cherry tomatoes, two carrots, and one celery stick in olive oil. Once all the vegetables are caramelized, add two cups of water, half a can of tomatoe paste, and two drained cans of red kidney beans. Add water accordingly until the chili is a nice and thick. Serve with your choice of side and enjoy!

Change: The reality is true “change” is different for all of us. As an Exercise Scientist, over the many years working with different clientele, one noticeable variable always remains the same: When people are taking “action” that is when I see change occur. .
The Transtheoretical Model (TTM), which is the photo I have posted today, focuses on the decision-making of the individual & is a model of intentional change. The TTM operates on the assumption that people do not change behaviors quickly & decisively. Rather, change in behavior, especially habitual behavior, occurs continuously through a cyclical process. The TTM is not a theory but a model; different behavioral theories & constructs can be applied to various stages of the model where they may be most effective.
Interestingly, the TTM provides suggested strategies for health interventions to address people at various stages of the decision-making process. This can result in interventions that are tailored (i.e., a message or program component has been specifically created for a target level of knowledge & motivation) & effective. The TTM encourages an assessment of an individual's current stage of change & accounts for relapse in people's decision-making process.
Swipe ↔️ to have a little more of a read and see how certain process are implemented during different stages. This is a theory I have been utilising with clients since 2007 (12 years) & have found it extremely useful. Now I gently ask you to honestly ask yourself, which stage are YOU in to create the lifelong lasting healthy behaviour?
Also, an important message I want to share as well: RELAPSE is perfectly NORMAL. It does not mean failure. It is a useful indicator that more intervention or time, processing or healing is required.

Chocolate #proats/ #zoats made with @royalhemp_au choc-hazelnut protein + @rawearthsweetener 🍫❤️. Drizzled with some Pb sauce made with Peanut powder sprinkled with @nutsaboutlifeaustralia Cacao nibs! (*Simple tip to make your zoats look more aesthetic is to keep the zucchini at the bottom of the bowl and then mix everything into a saucepan later after taking the photos ☺️) Love @royalhemp_au ‘s protein because not only does it add a kick of protein, it has a nice chocolate and slight nutty organic taste. Hemp protein powder is packed full of key vitamins and minerals, including the 9 essentials and essential fatty acids Omega 3 and 6 💚💚💚. #healthyfood#plantbased
