Sore feet? Try using a massage ball to release tension:
1️⃣ Stand on your left foot and place a massage ball under your right foot. Roll the massage ball from your outer heel to the base of your pinky toe using medium and consistent pressure, then tap it back to its starting position to repeat once more. Move on to roll the middle of your arch, from the center of your heel to the base of your second or third toe, and finally your inner arch, from your inner heel to the base of your big toe. Spend up to 30 seconds rolling along the arch of your foot, noting any tender areas as you go.
2️⃣ Then rest your heel on the floor and roll the massage ball from side to side a few times just beneath the roots of your toes. Feel the small bones of your foot spread away from each other slightly to mirror the shape of the ball. .
3️⃣ Next, place the ball of your foot on the floor and roll the massage ball from side to side just in front of your heel a few times. .
4️⃣ Finally, set the massage ball under one or two of the tender spots you have discovered and lean in for only 15 to 30 seconds, using as little or as much weight as feels helpful. Finish by quickly, randomly, and lightly moving the sole of your foot over the massage ball to stimulate lymphatic flow.

🧘🏼♂️😣- By order of the physio - foam rolling and stretching taking a much higher priority
Given the amount of training we’re doing, we’ve been neglecting our stretching, doing the token bit after a workout but no where near enough, and with both F & I having the small injury scares it’s brought it home and it’ll now take a much higher priority - especially for me to keep everything loose and pressure off my Achilles
🏑- Good day with F & I taking a step back to manage the mixed side, tough at times from the sidelines but a big W nonetheless!

True story. I used a 20lb dumbbell for the pull overs yesterday and my upper abs are super sore. So OTF gave me a chance to really feel it by having us do Power Sit Ups today. Hahaha. Normally, I could bust out 10 of these and feel lit I must do more. Today, 10 was enough hahaha. OMG #hurtssogood
Do you foam roll?
Before my car accident I had no idea what that was or how to use it. It’s used for many reasons including increased flexibility, reduced soreness, and eliminated muscle knots. .
Apparently I have lots of knots 😂. Mostly in my legs and adductors. Recently I have been making time after every workout. It usually hurts like hell when I’m doing it, but the next day usually helps so much!
