Strength and Conditioning is a MUST if you want to be robust and strong out on the trails.
Work with body weight and different type of weighted resistances (a long list of options- Kettlebells, dumbbells, bands etc).
Ensure you work through 3 planes of motion, with specific attention paid to single leg stability, particularly the hip and ankle.
