When life gets crazy I like to sit on my bed and just be. Meditation and mindfulness has helped me overcome so much in life and continues to help me rebalance everyday. There’s always time to just breathe and be one with yourself 🧘🏼♀️🌿
These two met just 8 weeks ago. Along with 14 other women, these two enrolled the “Circle of Sisters” new year offering. Meeting face to face 4 times in the months of January + February and daily online connections through a private group.
Tonight: they were the last two to leave.. clearly making imprints on each other’s hearts.

Accettare completamente il momento presente rende totalmente integrati a ciò che ci circonda...sedersi su una roccia significa vivere la presenza di essere seduti su una roccia,guardare l'orizzonte significa vivere la presenza di guardare l'orizzonte..tutto appare perfetto esattamente per come è..tutto diventa vivo!e noi diventiamo vivi per la prima volta

How we perceive something results from our knowledge and our experience. Sometimes we think what we mean is crystal clear, but our partner interprets it completely differently. We should always remember that people can't read our minds and communication is most important...especially when our mind is full of thoughts and work. ⠀
That's what I intend to tell myself more often. ⠀

Today was a „I do what ever I want to do“ kind of day.
There were no appointments set for the day and the sun wasn’t shining neither.
So I woke up late, watched the newest episode of Germany’s next topmodel, studied only as long as it didn’t drive me crazy, ate chocolate and huge burrito con queso (a lot), went shopping and enjoyed some netflix.
I wasn’t productive in the early morning, I didn’t practiced yoga or worked out, I didn’t eat healthy, I wasn’t mindful about my shopping behaviour. And yes, I wasn’t the best version of myself.
But you know what I was?! Still just a human. Not a robot. So why so serious?
There are days where we feel just unmotivated. And it’s ok. Most of the time we try to watch ourselves, be productive and respectful to people and earth. AND WE ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.
But it’s also acceptable to accept days like these. And forgive yourself for not always being the perfect vision of yourself🙏🏼 Because sometimes the mood needs these days to feel good. And especially because they show us, how much we love being the best version of ourselves.
So I cannot wait to jump on my mat tomorrow in the morning and get out to soak up all the sun (Please weather forecast - stick to your words) and enjoy life the fullest again.
And then it happens…
One day you wake up and you’re in this place. You’re in this place where everything feels right. Your heart is calm. Your soul is lit. Your thoughts are positive. Your vision is clear.
You’re at peace, at peace with where you’ve been, at peace with what you’ve been through and at peace with where you’re headed.
