PROTEIN SNACKS AT WORK by @kmfitness_pt
So a high protein diet is definitely going to help you achieve your fat loss and muscle building goals, however the problem for most busy teachers is that they don't have enough time to prepare high protein meals and sometimes don't have time to eat them.
So here are 6 of my favourite high protein snacks that take little to no time to prepare and can be eaten on the go:
1.Greek yogurt:Go for the fat free option which is much lower in calories if fat loss is your goal.You can add fruit or even additional whey protein to give it even more flavour and a higher protein content.
2.Protein Shake:Simply add a scoop or two to water or almond milk for a tasty protein snack that you can have while you work.
3. Cottage Cheese:For all of you cheese lovers, add this with crackers for a simple and tasty snack.Weirdly pineapple is really good with it.😋
4.Protein Pancakes: My favourite from the list.Takes a bit longer to make but make a batch and add whatever you like with it.Greek yogurt and strawberries work a treat.
5. Beef Jerky: If you love dried meat, this is a winner.Comes in different flavours too.
6. Hard Boiled Eggs: Doesn't necessarily have to be hard boiled, but they are the quickest to make.Some teachers in the staff room may not be overly happy with the smell🤭

Thanks to @kihtcollective , @iamdanielleking and @mirallegro for a gorgeous morning spent trying out acroyoga. I’m a true believer that you can’t grow unless you push yourself out of your comfort zone and acroyoga was certainly something I’d never tried before. We were told that the trick to mastering the poses, to true balance, is opening your heart and approaching each movement with love and I can’t think of a more beautiful concept. 💫

I was asked around 5 years ago by Noel to test out a machine he had which reduced oxygen levels & I had to complete a 35 minutes training session, little did I know I was testing a platform that would turn into 2 training facilities, give lots of coaches jobs & help train thousands of people- the beginning of Altipeak Altitude Training
Today I am delighted to be heavily involved in the creative aspects & teaching the coaches who all deliver a great service to our clients
Wimp 2 warrior was a project I had the great experience of being Head strength coach for the first 2 seasons and saw amazing transformations in 70 people & any coaches I had assist me, working with @richiecranny especially in the first training trials will always be an experience I feel grateful for
I still meet contestants from season 1 & 2 who speak highly of their experience on those years which is very satisfying.
2 projects I have given thousands of hours to build but am so delighted to see so many people enjoy results and experiences from our work.

So nice to actually people in person from social media that you only ever talk to online. I love social media purely because it’s ‘social’ I’d of never had the chance to train with this gas human if it wasn’t for it ! -
Just in that note, how much you interact with people’s posts, stories and polls etc is what determines how much or how little of them you see on Instagram. Especially from a girls point of view I was always liking fitness models posts in swimwear or lingerie but that made me feel sort of shit about myself because I’m not super skinny because I love to lift super heavy and eat lots of food 🤤 so just something to keep in mind when your liking someone’s picture who you don’t really like or they make you feel bad about yourself. -

Claims: High protein and low sugar rocky biscuit
Taste and texture: Two biscuits per pack that are coated in milk chocolate. Texture of a regular biscuit, not too soft, but not too hard. Come in two delicious flavours: double chocolate and salted caramel.
Price: approximately €2 per two biscuits (one pack)
My thoughts: A great protein snack on the go or as a healthy treat. 6g of protein per biscuit that you can’t taste at all. Absolutely love the chocolate coating. Highly recommended!

Looking for a decent upper-body workout?😁 give this a go, this is a decent one as it hits all the muscle groups and you can get it done in a decent amount if time as well😎 for sets and rep range you can do 4 sets upping the weigth and lowering the reps with each set😉 I'll actually be doing this one today👊

No long run this weekend but yep...still gotta pay the man and keep building that aerobic base. @madetomovedaily it’s done and dusted and you were right...first 10km easy money, next 5km average money and last 5km was that hard labor kinda money 🤢

Hormonal acne. I’m just overcoming a really terrible acne flare up, this is a very good skin day compared to the last few. YES there are far bigger problems in this world I know that, it’s a first world issue. I’ve had it much worse in my teens (cystic, 1.5 years on roaccutane), but it’s really affected me this week and kickstarted my anxiety. Not a pity plea, just a reminder that we are all only human and we all have insecurities that on some days, make self love/confidence bloody hard. But we have to power through. Those are the days that count. 💜
I don’t want my confidence to be dependant on my image, or reliant on make up that hides my blemishes & old scars, but we live in a world that makes that hard, that sensationalises perfection & profits from it. Giving myself a kick up the 🍑 today, I am so much more than my hormonal healing acne. 💫
No matter how fabulous my diet, skin routine or sleep are, it remains. As of now, my mental energy is going elsewhere and anxiety can suck one 🙏 I’m trying new methods, here’s hoping 🤞
This may be a result of my weight gain and it could take some time to balance out as I continue to do so, so HEY. THIS IS ME. GONNA EMBRACE IT & KEEP #LOVINGMYSELF. 🤘
It’s easy to talk about #selflove & do shoots when my skin is having a “good” week or covered, here’s to more of the opposite.
Hopefully sharing this helps someone else see past there little insecurities, that may seem gigantic, which are nothing in the grand scheme of your WORTH. We all have crappy days. .

Weight before 102kg 😅.
Weight after 103.2kg .
I have been always working myself on establishing my best physique dropping almost 40kg down which is 88lb over last few years . .
But I noticed I have been spinning like I was in circle last few weeks so decided to start been accountable for my choices . As much as you can think you can be the best at what you do ... I like to been told f # # off Konkel you don’t like deadlifts you gonna do them 😅😅. .
My choice been been pretty simple I needed someone who will not take any shit from me 😂. So I have started working with @adam_suker knowledge and experience and not that drama and lies and bullshit which loads of people put you thru genuine answers and no mess . As well as people know I wasn’t really eating carbs as was more fat friendly .. and adam knew how to switch me into carb freak 😂💕 in love with them and I learned a lot and still will work with him .
Many people as me if I will compete Maybe yes maybe no 🤪🤞 time will decide all of us rushing things pushing and missing that health is what matters so cop on relax but the seatbelt on and enjoy the process 🤓🎉. Have a great weekend I will 😂
