We had a team call last night where one of our leaders really got into the nitty gritty of the actual business structure of coaching and my accountant brain was BLOWN 🤓 I was sitting glued to my iPad up wayyy past my old lady bedtime and was like WHOA. And to think I almost didn’t start. . I was scared of what people would think of me & I thought network marketing was a scam 🤷🏼‍♀️ in fact, my husband joked for weeks that I was in a pyramid scheme until I finally said he needed to cut out the jokes because 1) it’s not a pyramid scheme and 2) I’m really doing this. . HELL YESSSSSS💖 . Lots of virtual high fives happening today between my fellow Fit Coaches and challengers!!! Many of us embarked on a 6 week Fit journey together! It was a workout series about - Committing, Climbing, and Conquering .. and for each of us that meant something totally different! . . For some the focus was physical, for others it was about nutrition- emotional eating or self-sabotaged, finding the deeper WHY, for me it was all about MINDSET!. . I can be challenged to run 10 miles or do the hardest workout in all the land and I don’t even think twice! I’m not afraid, I squash negative thoughts before they even hatch, and I’m truly excited for the challenge! I KNOW I CAN DO IT! I’m working my A** off to apply that same confidence into other areas of my life!!!. . Business building, leadership skills, relationship skills, communication, parenting- I can come across one obstacle and want to give up! My mind DROWNS me with negative, self-defeating, sabotaging, blaming, victim thoughts!!! . These 6 weeks have been all about showing up, BELIEVING IN MYSELF, and failing forward no matter what!! David after the Dentist...stimmed myself green I did & also fell asleep in the lobby with the putty in my hand after I got this bad boy removed. Some of my speech difficulties were/are due to being on the spectrum and having language processing challenges, other struggles are due to Apashia related from my TBI, right side paralysis, and then today we learn about Hyperdontia which basically means I have an excess number of teeth in my big ol' mouth. Particularly ironic that it was an extra wisdom tooth that was making some words difficult to form, and also maintaining a consistent tone of voice, or speech pattern in addition to everything else going on. We’re officially moving into a bigger commercial office and warehouse space NEXT WEEK!!! 💕 We’ve been busting at the seams of the tiny house ever since we moved in (hindsight is 20/20 y’all lol) but I’m so thankful for growing pains. If you are needing extra encouragement this morning, here it is: I started this business on a whim in college, literally knowing NOTHING about owning a business (uh still learning too!) and with MANY others help (my husband!!!!, our AMAZING EMPLOYEES, our families and unbelievable customers), we have grown beyond my wildest dreams. We doubled our sales last year, we’re constantly adding new wholesale accounts, shipping all over the US, and I’m creating doodles as fast as I can. I was so excited to mark this place off my bucket list! But this was the only glimpse I got of that iconic blue water before it torrentially rained - turning the river to the saddest shade of brown. So I went to target 🎯 I grabbed these size 18 pants off the rack thinking oh they won’t fit.. I get into the dressing room and have a full blown cry fest as these pants button and zip! I was a size 24 when my journey started! I sat in there for a good 5 minutes not believing it was true. I can’t wait till I actually go and buy jeans!!!
