Y lo medite por 3 minutos.
Y pensé mil cosas que aún no he realizado...Pero, después pensé...
Si me siento plena, por que soy dichosa de ejercer la profesión que me gusta, y estudio mucho al respecto y dedico a mejorar mis conocimientos, me siento plena por que amo profundamente y me permito ser amada, cosa que antes no fluía natural. Me siento más segura como mujer en todos los aspectos intelectuales y físicos.
Antes pedía perdón hasta por tener sueño y me obligaba a no tenerlo.
Claro que hay circunstancias que desearía que fueran más favorables, menos caóticas... Day 53 - Yoga⠀

We were supposed to do cardio today but we are both tired so we listened to our bodies and swapped it up. Yoga today cardio tomorrow. Still moving - sometimes you need to not do as much... your body will tell you this but for us keeping the habit up is important so Yoga it was :)⠀
I run and walk because if I didn’t, I’d be sluggish and glum and spend too much time on the couch. I run to breathe the fresh air. I run to explore. I run clear my mind, to escape the ordinary......Life becomes a little more vibrant, a little more intense. I like that.
Day 54. 311 to go.
Last year, my running goal was to run & finish the 4 marathons I registered for, one of which I accidentally PR’d. And come out of it alive. Not without a small cost. By the end of October, I was BURNED OUT. My legs were tired, my knees hurt & I had entwined so many training programs, I had no idea what I was doing anymore. I needed a break. And I took a break. I cross-trained like a boss for a few months. I had to really think about what I wanted to accomplish in 2019 in terms of my running goals. This year, I decided to run one spring & one fall marathon. And to start training from scratch & really concentrate on my speed & pace. I’ll never be FAST runner. I have devoted most of my spare time to running tho & it IS my jam. I am not competing with anyone but myself. My goals are only measured against my own running. I decided after a few lackluster runs earlier this year that I was going to try to stay sub-10 for my long runs & do one 3 mile SPEED run a week. I am concentrating on the first steps of the Turkish Getup. I want to emphasize the importance of looking up at your hand and punch to the ceiling as you roll with your hips. This is not a situp. It is a much more than that. I encourage those working on this awesome movement to work the different steps of the Turkish Getup on a daily basis in your mobility practice.😊

The sidewalks were so icy that I changed my route so I could run along a side road that’s exactly a mile long.. only thing is there’s a hill in both directions ! But what goes up MUST come down! And what better way to push myself than doing my first tempo/marathon paced workout up and down a hill?!
