Pause squats 4x6
Cycled with sets of 15 on hanging leg raises and leg curls.
I wanted to try and get the workout done in 45 minutes. I was doing pretty good, finished the 6th set of squats at the 30 minute mark. But then during that 6th set of hanging leg raises, I completely ran out of gas. Took 30 min to do the last 2 circuits.
I am terrible at ssb squats, I need to get the technique down before I injure my neck. Moved fast though.
