What have you stopped to appreciate today?
I know you know how fast life goes by. Before you know it 5 years flies by and all you can do is wonder...
😏why am I not further along?
❓where am I going from here?
The practice of appreciation can actually help you not feel like life is passing you by. Instead it can make you inspired to embrace each and every moment.
The benefit of that?
⬆️ more clarity in how you got to where you are.
⬆️ pride that you are right where you’re suppose to be.
⬆️ and clarity on exactly where you’re going.
It’s called living in the moment and being in full gratitude and appreciation for all THIS moment has to offer and YOU it!
So then, comment below👇🏻what have you stopped and appreciated today?
I am not good enough
I am not pretty enough
I am not smart enough
I am not worthy of love
I am not worthy of being successful
I am an awful mother
Anyone else ever have these thoughts?
Until you challenge these thoughts, they will never go away. You will pick out every event in your life that validates these thoughts and they will push you farther down.
You must challenge them. You have to put in the work each and everyday to rewrite these thoughts.
Write out things you are grateful for
Write out positive sayings about yourself
Write out the things you are doing so well in life
Having a negative mind is not your truth. You are valuable and the world is waiting for your gifts 🖤

“Do not fast forward
you’re not ready for
or allow yourself
to shrink back
into what comfortable
growth lives in
the unfinished sentence
you are a season of becoming”
A girl who is figuring it all out.
Who still deals with insecurities.
Who's been hurt/betrayed and let down in the past and is still healing from it.
Who is still dealing with difficult symptoms and bringing her body back to good health.
Who feels everything deeply and takes on other people's emotions.
Who doubts herself and her abilities.
Who looks at Instagram and instantly compares herself.
Who has no idea what she's really doing but is learning daily to follow her heart.
Who deals with everyday problems just like you, but still knows that dealing with them doesn't mean she's not enough.
We all have stuff! don't let social media fool you into believing that you're less than perfect just because of what others are projecting.
In God's eyes, we're all good enough.
We all have something to share and do in this world.
Your heart is always guiding you, when those fearful thoughts that come up and tell you you’re not enough, know that it’s not true.
To get our life in alignment with our hearts we need to look at the subconscious beliefs that hold us back and then realign them with our soul.
When we do this that’s when life begins to flow, we attract what we want and live a life beyond our wildest dreams. ⠀⠀
The one we came here to live.
Ask for guidance, say a prayer and then trust that the help will show up ❤️ .

Time to grow this body into my true being of essence from my core. And these are my starting numbers. •
The hardest part about diagnosis was knowing the time off for healing I would need to take. I knew slowly my body mass, strength and work would start to diminish. If you struggle with dysphoria you understand how hard it is to see your body revert. I’ve waited patiently for my surgeries and now I had to go further backwards. I will rebuild this body day by day, movement by movement and develop into something better then the first time though. I will get back up, one more time. 🤙🏼💪🏼 •
Trust the processes. Evolve yourself. Feel the break and embrace the fall. Go through the pain. Keep pushing, in the end it’s all okay. •

Let’s talk about the…
Well, the ultimate question when it comes to creativity.
Getting it right when it comes to this question will literally give you creative freedom…
How can I change what I feel to fit the scene I am about to act?
How can I change what I feel to fit the situation I am about to walk into?
These questions are often asked with a sense of panic because our minds often tell us that what we are feeling will produce horrendous outcomes.
I’m here to tell you that nothing could be further from the truth.
Let’s examine this for a moment.
Your audience – whether you are an actor or entrepreneur or artist – you have an audience – wants one thing.
Whether you are closing a business deal, making a presentation, shooting a movie or auditioning…
Your audience wants YOU.
Not some amped up or amped down version of you.
They want you – exactly how you are in that actual moment.
Because if they sense you are speaking from your truth – their nervous system relaxes – and they can engage in a creative way with you.
When you hide, suppress, over-express, manipulate yourself into what you think is ideal – people’s nerves systems go on edge – and they will be triggered into their heads and away from their hearts and creativity.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Connecting to what you’re feeling is NOT the same as having a drama about what you are feeling.
SO WHAT SHOULD THE QUESTION BE?
The real question is…
How does what I feel make perfect sense for the scene?
How does what I feel to fit the situation I am about to walk into?
This may take some creativity on your part – but there is always a way to discover that what you’re feeling is perfect.
This may be slightly disturbing in the beginning – but if you play around with this – you will be liberated to be exactly YOU.
If you want to put this question into play…

I always look back and I think of all the super fun times I had, and all the great memories I made. I don’t continue on and on thinking of the negative because it only brings me down when the past cannot be changed. #CherishedMoments#LiveInTheNow#BuildingBlocks
Each of us is similar to that wave; each of us has a face that can be distinguished from other faces but also, fundamentally, belongs to a whole. Among other things, the koans in this book teach us that we are at once the wave and the ocean, an ‘I’ in possession of a name and face that are specific and unique on one hand but also a manifestation of everything. And there is no contradiction or discontinuity between these two perspectives–both of which are replies to the question ‘Who am I?’–just as there is no contradiction between referring to the water that swells in the ocean as both wave and ocean. An individual is at once his particular self and the entirety of existence. Our ordinary manner of speaking, and even our use of the words ‘I’ and ‘world’ as mutually exclusive, tends to obscure this truth.

2018 was definitely my year of saying ADIOS to a few super toxic people in my life. It has been soooo freeing to drop the negative influences. Can any of y’all relate?

It’s hard not to be grateful in a life where you get to witness Mother Nature in all her raw beauty, from the ocean. But you never know when your last sunset will be so make the most of every day, and enjoy the present moment rather than always looking for the next step towards what you believe will make you happy. Had the pleasure of having a man on board who took this photo who is doing just that. Traveling, exploring, and documenting the planets most incredible places and moments, and his huge Instagram following is a testament to this. Check out @findyourwanderlust to see what you can do through a lens. Enjoy this weekend everyone. There will never be another now ✌️
