Life is beautiful, and it can sometimes feel very challenging. When we’re striving towards a goal, it’s too easy to look around and feel disappointed that we’re not yet where we want to be. But this doesn’t help the situation, and leaving only forfeits an opportunity to learn, often then presenting it to us again at a later date. So what do we do? Simply put, we make the most out of a challenging situation. We are as powerful as we think we are. If we want to feel good, happy and free, no matter the situation we can use both our minds and our bodies to get us there now. Using the mind: - Being grateful for what we have and where we are - Having a good attitude - Energizing the perspective that supports how we want to feel - Using meditation to detox and quiet the noise - Being kind to everyone- always - Setting strong boundaries for ourselves Using the body - Being mindful of the environment that we put ourselves in- including both people and places - Wearing clothing that supports the way that we want to feel - Eating food that is light, alive, and nourishing - Using our physiology to embody the emotions that we want to feel, movement and exercise to energize us & supplements for healing and strengthening When we’re going after what we want, we sometimes need to make sacrifices and endure challenges. Life isn’t all roses all of the time. But accepting the process, trusting the flow and our abilities to get us to where we want to be, and remembering why we started helps. Also, setting a deadline that we’re working towards helps us to feel less stuck. Moments like these often put us into fear and constriction. Todays meditation is: “I allow my soul to fill the spaces in between the cells of my body.” Breathe and release all fears and judgements. Lately there are some things that I’m proud of...but none more than this! I don’t drink. I don’t mind if you do. And I DEFINITELY don’t judge!
