This is Libby, an iMove legend 💪
She recently did her first ocean swim as she was swimming more due to running injuries 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️ I talked her into doing her second with me on Sunday 😊
I am trying to convince her that swimming is better than running, but she isn't convinced ... yet! 🏊♀️🏊♀️🏊♀️ Great day out at @swimtherainbow at Malabar.
Yoga mornings are my favourite. Good morning from Macmasters Beach. 🙏

I've been thinking about starting this for weeks now and took this as a sign today.
Amazing lady heading out for a swim off Seaford beach this morning around 9am. She had a toddler wrapped up squealing with laughter in a beach tent with Dad and off she went into the choppy water. It looked exhilarating.
So many amazing ladies in our local area doing great things, she's the first I'm sharing here.
Longest ever swim with a big ray this morning 🤩
I chased a smooth stingray along the beach for about 500m. He seemed content to have me shadow him as he ambled along the waters edge in the shallows. Magnificent creature, about 800mm across, but missing most of his tail. .
Thanks for the ride, Stumpy 😉
Taking a little grom out and helping him get comfortable in the ocean.
The biggest reward I get from doing what I do is seeing my students face their fears, overcome challenges in their lives, and being a part of the process. Grateful for everyone that allows me to do what I love every day.
