6 weeks of keeping the promise I made to myself, even though I’m a full time student, and an athlete, with 2 jobs & a shiiieeettt ton of adversity thrown my way... Doubling up on workouts when I knew I’d be gone for softball, waking up an extra hour early on busy days or travel days, making sure I’d workout before practice so I couldn’t give myself the excuse of being too tired, being conscious of my nutrition (not perfect, but conscious) every single day...💃🏼
I’m not going to sit here and bullshit you & say that this is easy because it’s not... making lifestyle changes is hard.. stepping out of your comfort zone is hard.. but the person you become IS SO WORTH IT👏🏼✨💫
There is no secret 🤷🏼♀️ if you watched my stories, you know exactly what I did for 6 weeks to make the picture on the right happen... you saw me bust my ass, drink my shakes, eat avocado toast & eggs almost every day of the week.. you know the opportunity is in your hands & that you can do it too.. the only question is WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SAY YES TO YOURSELF? 👏🏼

Probably the favorite thing to do with the mace is find a flow and get lost in it...losing sight that you are exercising...but just consistently moving. I did a triple take today when I saw this... Sophie was selected to be one of the first to test out this 3-week basic nutrition & fitness plan. Basically the new & improved version of what I did back in the day...and where is all started for me!⚡️ “My body was getting satisfied from the food types I actually NEEDED.” Sophie B.
And I can so relate! I thought I was eating pretty healthy...but, always had low energy & I wasn’t seeing any results from “my own” workout routine. All of them showed me today how incredible they are and just what they really are capable of. Today was not an easy session but definitely one you get the best results from. Fitness level at the moment is on the up, FITTIES are really showing improvements in form, strength, speed and power in moves and not only that looking leaner and hopefully feeling happier and healthier 🙏🏼 100 Seated Row and 100 Squat REPS just in the final 5 MINUTES TOO 👍🏼💥

I also primarily do core work outside - I’m not sure why lol it’s just my favorite outdoor workout but here’s a fun little circuit I did over the weekend after training a client.

The gym was closed sunday night and I was dying to get a sweat in! This workout kicked my butt straight up😅
Here’s how it went down
1. (Not featured in videos) 15 minutes of street sprints. Run as fast as you can for 20 seconds, light jog for 1 minute. I used the stop watch on my phone
(The rest is performed in a circuit)
2. Jump squat burpee with band 3x10
3. Regular jump squat 3x10
4. Wide stance jump squat 3x5 right into wide stance jump squats with a lateral extension (idk what they’re called but they’re hard) 3x5
5. Walking jump squat with later extension again but with band 3x10
