What a great and out of the world day at the office today. First of all I would like to say it is such an amazing opportunity to compete at Willinga Park, the venue is nuts amazing and def was worth the drive 😍 We thought we would give the Prix St George a crack and honestly I was so nervous... it’s been a while since I was this nervous. Not only was it a different atmosphere, we were up against loads amazing professional riders and super fancy horses... so I was definitely out of depth, but it is a huge honour to ride alongside some of the best riders in the country 🐴🙌🏼 Devils Chocolate (Tilly) and I put in a nice respectable test with 61.9% and we managed to beat some combinations, Considering this is my second ever Prix st George and 25-45% of my right side doesn’t work, it’s more than enough for now 😍🎊🎉 Tilly as always was such a darling and just looked after me... she’s opened so many doors for me it’s wild ❤️
Got a light 3 miles in today... and I started thinking about my race from last year. This time last year, I was running with an undiagnosed condition that would cause my heart to drastically speed up under any stress. If you look at the 3 mile run analysis from today vs. The 13 mile analysis from my race last year, they are roughly similar paces, but my heart is working much less. (Almost 30 bpm less). .
Regardless of my CP, I'm in a much healthier and fit state than I was last year. The fact I can jog 10 minute miles with very little effort is a testament to hardwork, perseverance, and my being stubborn with shattering barriers. 2 hours or not for my race, I'm just happy that I could rediscover my love for running again... even when my body tends to disagree. Time to continue with tapering, stretching, and trusting the process.

My new clothing line will be available on my @nolegsnolimitsclothing Instagram late this coming weekend!
I’m super exited about this, I’ve put a lot of time into making sure everything is amazing quality and a great fit!
All of the clothing and pricing will hopefully be up on the page Sunday at some point.
All of my clothing will be printed and embroidered locally.
I wanted a clothing line that represented me and what I believe in...
