It’s halfway through February and maybe you’re already discouraged about your fitness goals for 2019.
You’ve made yourself a hundred promises that you haven’t kept.
You’ve tried so hard to stay on your diet plan, only to make one small slip up, throw the whole day away and insist that next week will be better (but.. it never is). You’ve set your alarm at 5am to get to the gym and have snoozed so many times, you don’t even bother setting it anymore.
On top of that, your weight hasn’t budged (or if it has, maybe in the wrong direction) and you’re more certain than ever than you will NEVER get the body you’ve been dreaming of.
Sound like you? Mannnn. I hear you. I have been there COUNTLESS. TIMES. BEFORE.
I’ve skipped workouts and struggled SO HARD to find the motivation to get a workout in.
I’ve stepped on the scale and felt the confusion, anger and pain of seeing it not change, pleading with it “Please, just drop 400g this week!”. I’ve struggled to not emotionally eat when days are long or hard or I’m frustrated.
I feel your disappointment from here.
But please do not give up on yourself.
Because there IS a solution.
Maybe you’re tired of hearing about my @leanbodiesbyjay program, but I’m not tired of talking about it.
How could I be, when I’ve seen it be the SOLUTION to all of these issues and more for so many men and women so far?
My methods for finding balance AND getting results again are strategic. They’re realistic. They’re sustainable. They’re changing lives.

I don’t take a second of this for granted as I know the feeling of having to drag myself to work everyday, feeling miserable and hating my life - wondering if it would ever get better.
I know it's so cliché but life really is so short. We don't get a second chance. Do you want to spend your time sitting around, wishing and hoping things will get better and look back on your life thinking about what could have been? Or do you want to take the risk, give it your all and push hard to create something that will allow you to live your best life? .
Anything and everything is possible. All it takes is a little self belief and a lot of hard work.
