Forgot to start my watch until 3 minutes into class 🙄🤦🏼♀️ I’m not used to wearing this watch again and always forget. I like specifically seeing how many calories I burn so I can try to beat myself in workouts. This one was tough. I wanted to sleep in. I got 8 ish hours of sleep in the last two days. I wanted to choose sleep sooooo bad this morning, but somehow I woke up and made it. I always feel better that my workouts are done when I do them in the morning - but I am NOT a morning person. Never have been and I just don’t think it’s for me 🤣 But, it’s over - I survived boot camp - my ponytail fell out in class and I burnt 545 calories. So, I’ll count it as a win. I had one of my meals for dinner tonight that we prepare a few days ago. It’s only a little over 300 calories and it’s so good. We need to grocery shop and meal prep food for next week. And we were on the road after our meal window opened up, so we had jimmy johns sandwich for lunch. I finished my day with 1,300 calories. We have 2 more weeks left in our challenge - I’m trying to update when I can, but I feel like I don’t have anything to take pictures of 🤣🤷🏼♀️ I’ll update tomorrow - i have to weigh in tomorrow! #polarwatch#weightlossjourney#momswhoworkout#postpartumfitness
After a cold and no energy at all I decided to try if I would get more energy by running. So me, my bf and our friends went running along the river in the sunshine 😍☀️ the run was horrible and my pulse was really high the whole time.. but at least the weather was nice 🙈😅
🇬🇧 just got home from work 🤣the only thing that's correct about this is activity time ☹. That's my third #Polarwatch and i found with all of them, that they are very incorrect when you wear them just all day, but they are great when you are in workout mode and i found them all too big to wear all day 🤷♀️. Just my experience. Any opinions?! .

(4. eigentlich, hatte jahrelang eine mit Brustgurt, vor app Zeiten - ich bin alt 😅) #polaruhr und für den Alltag, sprich Schritte zählen usw, fand ich die immer total unbrauchbar und unakkurrat und zu groß ☹, aber für workouts immer super gewesen. Meine Meinung, meine Erfahrung🤷♀️ Was ist eure?! Würde mich interessieren.
My February favorite so far... tried another brand but nothing compares! Just a little reminder these are 20-30% off in terms of heart rate, calories burnt etc so treat this as an indication not the absolute truth.
