Making progress !! It’s been five weeks , down 8lbs . Hubby has lost 40lbs and my son has lost 25lbs . It’s all amazing progress!!! We’re all eating the same food , every body is different . Just keeping moving forward and trust the process 💪🏼❤️ #happylife#positive mindset
Yesterday I had a few close friends over to make vision boards and we had the best time! It was so good for the soul to raise our vibration and focus on positive intentions and goals. We laughed and talked about everything from how to uplevel our life to Cardi B. I highly recommend an afternoon with true friends if you need a pick me up!
Here’s the truth.... I hated this mornings workout. I wasn’t motivated AT ALL. I forgot my shoes at work and doing this program barefoot is challenging. All I wanted to do was quit throw this through the window. I may or may not have shed some tears through these 20 minutes. .
Your body achieves what the mind believes... and you can do whatever you set your mind to!

Smil! Det er mandag, en skikkelig Blåmandag? Nei. Jeg velger å se positivt på selv den «verste» dagen i uken og gjøre den om til den «beste»? Okei, tar i litt hardt men dere skjønner. Det starter med deg selv.
Fremover så tenker jeg å skrive ned hva jeg er takknemlig for hver dag, som så mange andre gjør. Dette for å sette pris selv de minste ting i hverdagen. Vi har så mye å glede oss over!
