Chocolates, I love them...but in general I prefer a healthier treat. At home I make these PB Power Ball Bites which are quick, no bake and better-for-you bits of rich, dense chocolately deliciousness that are packed with protein. One of the primary ingredients is peanut butter (natural of course) which is a great source of protein, healthy fats, potassium, fiber, low in carbs & may reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. - Cherry Tomatoes 🍅
- Organic Beef 🐄
- Courgette 🥒
- Red Onion ❤️
- Bacon 🐖
- Onion 🌰
- Garlic 💛
- Cauliflower ⚪
- Parmesan 🧀
- Cheddar 🧀
- Prepare your courgette: slice into thin layers and set to one side 🥒
- Boil half a cauliflower until soft ⚪
- Season tomatoes with salt and bake for 10 minutes in the oven 🍅
- Fry the beef and bacon, using butter, then add chopped onions and garlic and cook for a further 5 minutes; then then simmer 🍖🥓🌰🧛♂️
- Blend the cauliflower into a paste, then add back to saucepan (you can book to remove excess water) ⚪
- Add cheese to cauliflower paste, cooking on medium heat until melted, stirring occasionally 🧀
- Meat ▶️ Sheet (courgettes) ▶️ Rave ▶️ Repeat!
- When you're near the top, stop and pour on your cauliflower cheese 🤤
- Cook at 180° for 25 to 35 minutes
- Add veg or salad on the side 🥗

None of the above is by no means having a healthy relationship with food, trust me, I know this.. but this me, this me I’ve been working hard on, that I’ve learned to control what goes into my body and what doesn’t; this me for yet another day, will only pick the protein off and be satisfied with knowing I can control my emotions without needing food. Weight loss vs. muscle gain meal ideas! 💪 *Swipe to see lunch, dinner & a snack idea* .
While no one meal will make you gain or lose weight, your meals and snacks for the day all together will add up to hit your target goals.
As a reminder, for fat loss you need to be in a sustainable caloric deficit. For muscle gain, you need to be in a caloric surplus. For macitence, you need to be at a a caloric maintenance level.
While that exact caloric number will be different for everyone, here are some examples to help you reach your goals.
As you can see for the weight loss meals, they’re not devoid of all complex carbs. While at dinner, I skipped the rice for cauliflower rice, at lunch, I still included the full sweet potato and just skipped the toppings that were in the muscle gain meal.
Additionally, I made sure I had plenty of healthy fats in the weight loss meals but still had a smaller portion than in the muscle gain meals.

Breakfast fat loss - 2 eggs + 2 egg whites, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes + 1/4 cup mushrooms + 1/4 cup asparagus sautéed + 1 piece Ezekiel toast.
Breakfast muscle gain - Added 2 eggs, + 1/4 avocado, + 1 tbsp pb.
Lunch fat loss - 4oz chicken, 1 sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli.
Lunch muscle gain - Added 2oz chicken, added 1 banana + 1 tbsp pb.
Dinner fat loss - 4oz wild salmon, 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1 cup mushrooms + 1 cup kale sautéed in 1 tsp olive oil.
Dinner muscle gain - Added 2oz salmon, subbed in 1 cup rice for 1 cup cauliflower.
Snack fat loss - 1 cup strawberries + 25g chocolate
Snack muscle gain - 1 cup strawberries + 1 medium banana + 45g chocolate
Kabocha. Certainly a favorite of mine. A great source of vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, potassium, iron, and fiber! ❤️
