Met up with some fellow riders tonight, there were probably around 40 to 50 of us! Not used to riding in a big group like that..... but it was fun, and plenty of wheelies were had(not by me of course) 😇🤔🙃

We don’t believe in telling people what to eat and what not to eat. Meal plans at the end of the day are just not very useful or sustainable over a long period of time.
We also understand that when people start a meal plan they often feel like they are ‘on’ them or ‘off’ them. This means when they get invited out for a meal they feel like they have failed and usually at the point binge for days having the mind set “I’ll start Monday” making it even harder the following week.
Our approach is different (and it works!) we would rather educate you about nutrition, giving you an understanding about calories, carbs, fats and proteins. We will then get you to pick a few recipes you enjoy and that you feel happy to eat over 7-days without feeling like a failure if you miss a meal or go “off the plan”. Sadly, this is a massive problem with the fitness industry because you are made to feel like there is only one way to drop fat and unfortunately people buy into these myths.
People usually buy “diet plans” from there friends, or people with ZERO qualifications... So if you have a friend that try’s selling you a “diet plan” there not much of a friend... they are only usually in it to make money from your unhappiness.... (Sorry if you don’t like to hear that) .. We have achieved over 1600lbs since day one, we don’t give our members diet plans, we educate them, our members workout throughout consistently every week and enjoy what they do and that’s how we achieve results. There’s no quick fix and if your friends tells you there is, there just in it to make money from you ☺️. If you like this post, please share it .. let’s get the truth out there.

The bike has a PCV on, blippar activated and had been tuned elsewhere by the previous owner but he lost all the papers.
The actual bike is running a little lean but we didn't do any fuel tweaks that day. The Racefits power curve is lovely and smooth and she's making 190bhp.
