Maintaining long term vision👀 is HARD sometimes. Daily interference and distractions, self-sabotage 🌮 and general frustration with results, or lack thereof, can derail us. Trust the process. Manipulate your approach to meet your needs. Stick with it. You deserve what you want MOST. 💯

Do ever write yourself notes on the mirror? I write myself notes EVERYWHERE. Post-it’s, my phone, my computer screen and dry erase markers on the bathroom mirror. I want to surround myself with positivity and most importantly, I want to see everyday the direction I’m heading. My friend @christopherjacobchandler said this recently in a Soul Cycle class and it hit me in the heart. This hard season you’re walking through? It WILL make you so much stronger but only if you keep moving forward. The human body is filled with muscles that must be broken before they can grow strength— this season will NOT break you, it will grow you into who you need to be to have the life you want. #MadeForMore
