Have an amazing day & we love you 🌷
Reflecting on March I've seen some notable trends. 😍I've had 62 brand new visitors and 33 returning 💙 the returning clients are floating on a regular basis and in some cases twice in one weekend
🛌 relaxation and to alleviate anxiety and tension related pain are most common reasons to float
☕ the majority love to stay for a tea and chat 🏋️♂️🚵♂️🤼♂️ coming after sports events or training is on the rise... floating really helps your sporting performance
😴 sleep is good after your session and highly recommended if you are feeling tired
🤰pregnancy floats are really beneficial, spd rib pain and swollen ankles are relieved in the hour session.
Lots of things to look forward to in April... Please like my page on fb if you haven't already and subscribe to my website for offers and events... go to www.oxfordfloatationcentre.co.uk there's also a code on their for your first float discount 😉

Home away from home in Georgia 🌌
Looks like the DREAM!
Pause your life if you need to,
care for yourself lovingly,
do not ignore your rest,
slow down so you can take a deep breath. - @yungpueblo 🙏🏽
‘Care for yourself lovingly’ - what a beautiful sentence. 😌✨.
Today I finally surrendered to a proper rest, which was a huge battle in my mind. But I did, and it is SO needed.
I woke up not feeling like my best self and that brain fog I’ve been experiencing has quickly tuned into me feeling like 💩
Sometimes one of the hardest things we can do for ourselves is to stop, to admit we need a break, to pause, to say no and to surrender. I’m not sure why or where it came from for us to feel guilty about doing so, but I think many of us do find it extremely hard.
It is perfectly okay to do nothing and let yourself just be.
Your emails will be there tomorrow.
Your house will be okay with a little mess for just now.
The gym will open again in the morning.
And your mat will be waiting for you whenever you’re ready.
I’m always reminding myself and others that it’s only through rest that we can repair, recover, rebuild and come back stronger and happier.
This is my wish for you all. I hope you are all able to schedule in some time to slow down and care for yourself.
